Crispy Chicken Sticks Recipe By Cuisine Collection|Ramadan Special Quick and Easy Chicken Sticks

Ingredients :
500 grams of chicken breast (cut into cubes)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon worcester shire sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoon green yogurt sauce
1/2 teaspoon roasted coriander
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin
1 tablespoon ginger garlic
1 tbsp oil
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
Oil for frying (or baking option!)
Method:
First, take your chicken cubes and season them with salt,red chilli powder,pepper, worcester shire sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, green yogurt sauce, roasted coriander, roasted cumin, ginger garlic and oil . Mix well and refrigerate for an hour.
Thread chicken cubes into skewers.
In one bowl, add flour. In another, whisk two eggs. And in the third, place your breadcrumbs.
Coat each chicken stick in flour, dip it into the egg, and then roll it in breadcrumbs. Make sure it’s evenly coated for that perfect crunch!
Now, heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot, gently place the chicken sticks in and fry them for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
For a healthier option, you can bake them at 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Once they’re done, place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil. Serve them hot with your favorite dips _ ketchup, chilli garlic sauce.
These chicken sticks are so crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and absolutely packed with flavor. Perfect for any occasion!
