Growing up Waldorf 我們都是這樣長大的

2023年10月21日，香島華德福學校在香港南昌站上蓋V Walk商場戲院包場放映兩套紀錄片，均是由馬來西亞導演、演員李心潔監製、執導的《#我的名字是李心潔》（youtu.be/watch?v=iNHWnoN0Cz4）、《#山頂小屋》（youtu.be/watch?v=KG9t1FpOSCo）。後者是關於位於馬來西亞吉隆玻的山頂小屋 Hilltop House 華德福幼稚園（suangyiingc5.sg-host.com），在片中探討孩子與家長在華德福教育裏的成長。
電影放映過後，我們邀請了四位現就讀香島華德福學校的學生，分享他們從三間不同的幼稚園、一直就讀華德福學校的經歷。分享會由獨立記者羅惠儀主持，並設有與在場100多名觀眾的問答環節。我們有嘗試拍攝、錄音，但不幸因技術問題全軍覆沒，現時只有文字記錄。為傳達各分享者的神韻，我們提供粵語口語文字版及書面語版：

6:36 關於香島華德福學校主流教育制度被批評為追求分數，精英主義，要贏在起跑線家長學生都承受巨大壓力。近年，越來越多家長嘗試在主流以外尋求另一條出路，讓孩子重拾學習興趣。陳碧華發覺就讀小一的女兒陳筠貽要滿分才感開心，學校也吩咐家長要安排學生去補習。陳碧華決定替女兒轉校，接受華德福教育，讓女兒慢慢學習，不急於追求速度。芝麻從小一就開始考第一，承受巨大壓力而常身子不適，終在小五後轉讀自然學校。轉校後，學科程度降低了，芝麻反而多了時間跟同學相處，讓他有機會接納自己的個性，舒發壓抑已久的情緒，輕省多了。彭加恩在主流名校就讀小學，但成績一向包尾，失去自信，媽媽強迫她去補習，卻傷了母女情。去年Kari毅然休學一年，參加愛童行學園的活動，突破固有的課程框框，深入社區學習，反而啟動了她的學習動機。另類教育的選擇越來越多，然，關鍵是父母能否放下銜接主流學校升學的包袱，反省學習的意義。編導...
