I think 64 to 128gb would be best
Why does blender look so shit?💀 I gues he saved him self from lag
me who just downloaded blender and upgraded to 64gb ram
That's why my laptop lags when sculpting or rendering, I got only 8gb ram
oh no i thought i had enough ram☠️
So, a ps1 horror game can be made on a raspberry pi, ok cool.
blender for windows: 32gb if you want bad performance
I'm running Blender with 8GB. Hitting my head on the ceiling is a common occurrence.
8GB team
What about cad
What about 2d
My pc has an Intel core i3 1115g4 60 gb of ram and intel uhd graphics integrated idk what kind of model can I do?
Have 32gb but the most shit graphics card ever made
Song?
Me chilling with 8 gb ram😂
i dont even have resources to do anything
1000 go
its cap With 4gb-8gb ram you could do everything in blender
I smell cap
i used to have 16gb and the increase to 32gb was biggg
32 FOR PHYSICS SIMULATION?? BROO
Since i didn't but GPU, my PC runs 25 fps on cloth simulation
People edit photos with blender?!
as someone with a 2 GB 40 dollar secondhand laptop I can and do in fact manage all of the above I have no clue how.
Is 256 Mb of ram enough 😅
i have 1 gb so this will be fi- **BOOM**
How much ram do you need in blender: YES.
Doing it all on a 4GB 💪
I got 64gb on 2 sticks of ram.
So uh how much vram and ram do you actually need in the long run if you're just starting out blender? I'm trying to build a new desktop and have a high interest on doing 3d modeling and scene creating?
Mine 12gb ram. 🗿It sounds like a plane
How much ram ? Blender : yes
i have 32 ddr5 and gud pc speps
I'm 32Gb ddr5 6000mhz ram
Music
Music?
I've got 128GB. I rarely use over 32GB, and 64GB even less so, but it's nice to have for those times I do need it.
So i dont need 64 gb
Total 268 gb
That's why My Pc is dying, I'm at the ram limit
Ram tastes good :3
Basically my 4g ram works good and it always has many space left
i got 32 gb 2 piece 3600 MHZ already overclocked
got 64gb- ddr4 is half price it was last year or so, so if you want cheap build with lots of ram but my 5700g is cache poor so would love to see a blender sim do a brick collapse sim- my 5700g can do 15k bricks without viewport freeze and 30k bricks with very long freeze. without freezing i expect a 5900x to do 60k bricks and a 5700x3d 90k bricks! also a faster hard drive will help with playback of cached sim files and rendering- i got a sluggy 5700rpm mech drive for my main OS- even transferring your work to a faster drive just for final rendering could save some time.....
None of those words exist in the Bible
Nah! Jk. You seem like yk things. I needed some advice. I am thinking of assembling a pc for my 3D animation work. I think 32 GB RAM is good enough, nothing lower. Higher would be out of budget I think. Somebody recommended the new Apple Mini M4, but it has only 16 GB RAM. So I am thinking not to go that route. But one thing I really wanna know, is i7 good enough? Of 13th Gen. Because i9 would be too much/pricey, I think. i7 13700 is pricey enough. Any advice?
I have 8 gb so i think i can do all of that
Meanwhile simulations 💀
I’m at 16 gigs and I’m maxing out
8gb of ram🥶🥶🥶
you need WAY more ram than that like maybe 96 gigabytes
I didn’t know there is photo editing in blender
