I can't use touch while driving. Firmware 70+

I've installed that module 3.2 but I can tap only on carplay, android auto isn't clickable. BTW I can use AA through carplay

Can it connect carplay with wire?

Hi, I already installed the P3 with the latest firmware 7.00.367A. Wireless carplay is working flawless. Unfortunately with android auto, I cannot get it work, already using the top port that have phone icon but it's always give me slow charge and no android auto pop up confirmation. Fyi, I already using the original cable that is working fine at my other car with android auto wired. Also at multimedia selection I got apple carplay at usb1. Also cannot use the port with usb stick, if I use the 2nd slot then it can read my usb stick properly. Do I get the faulty product? Or is there anything I could check further?

I bought the wired PC/AA kit with USB-C. Just installed it yesterday. Wow!! Works PERFECTLY!! VERY stable connection. Not dropping off or disconnecting like my old car which had just the USB-A standard input. Much improved. Directions were very clear. There's only 2 wires and the cars harness to connect. The kit came with the wires, foam tape and zip ties. Easy peasy. I have a 2018 CX-5 Grand Touring with Bose sound system on a Samsung S23Ultra phone. I did buy the best USB-C cable I could find on Amazon. I bought a 10 foot cable and ran it from the armrest alongside the other cables in the center console, up into the head unit area and over to the steering wheel where it exits to the left of the wheel where the rubber flap is that conceals the tilt wheel area. I did this because I have my phone mount to the left of my steering wheel. It's one of those ones that clips to the air vent fins. I couldn't imagine leaving your phone in the armrest or in the bin in front of the shifter with a wire running all over the top of the console. Not appealing. I'm happy with my install. Very clean.

did you have any issues with the touch screen function on the Mazda head unit? I saw a comment stating that after install, they had to start using the media knob instead of the touch screen.
