Wahahah so much fun picking the music for anything VBB coz it takes me back to my childhood

This was probably one of my most favorite videos to film. The outcome really shocked me coz I thought i loved the brands equally. But it was good to see the differences anyway.

Chouchette leans peach and mimi leans beige, both are great on my skintone but I love the neutrality of Mimi! However the warmth of the peach tones in choucette might be better to cancel out the redness. If your regular complexion leans warmer I think chouchette is probably better for you! If you lean more neutral I would look at mimi ❤️

It's not the most glittery apart from direct lightsources like direct sunlight.so maybe that is a good thing for you? I quite like the oil in itself. I would have been ok without the glitter as well btw. 🙊🫣

Ughhh I know. Perfumes are so expensive and its really a rabbit hole than can bankrupt me hahah this is a great way to spend less money and still enjoy the scent. My hope is that one day they will come out with travel versions. Since I want a collection of perfumes I don't need to have 50ml of each bottle. But 15 or 30 ml would be lovely!

I like mine as well! But portofino speaks to me more. I indeed am reading more into Jerome epinette and everything he does! Since I am also looking at the Phlur perfume range it's nice seeing he is also the nose behind some mid range priced fragrances!

@@sonia.butleryes! I have all of his Phlur fragrances, but I prefer his work for Vilhelm and Byredo even more. His Floral Street formulations are almost as good.

@thedylangirl Vilhelm is on my wish list. The Poets one is on my list to try! I am dipping my toe in this world. But man it's a whole new world out there. So fun though!

I cannot wait to see what else the brand launches. I have pretty high hopes for this brand! Its giving new and exciting but simple at the same time!

Yehhh i have been slowly dipping my toe in myself and getting samples left and right. I would love to focus a little less on makeup and a little more on fragrance. I have been loving watching fragrance reviews as well!

I go back and forth on this. I find the WA ever so creamy. WA has more product but i needer to set it under my eyes. My mum doenst set hers. She has bone dry skin. I wanna lean towards WA better for the hybrid option. But... WA I always used as a foundation over concealer due to its finish, easy to spread, and easy to use as a foundation. My eyes are oily so it just ended up looking amazing as a foundation. FH I use as a under eye concealer moreso than a foundation. It doesn't help that using it as a foundation will just burn through the product. But mainly coz it looks great under the eyes. So in conclusion. For a proper hybrid I find WA better bang for your buck and better as a duo product. For concealer, I find FH better. Emergency thin foundation layer is possible when you are in a bind, but I don't do it coz the magic I find is in it's self setting properties.

@@sonia.butler Ohhhh thanks so much for such a thoughtful response. Hmm sounds like neither is the perfect product for both under eye + redness on cheeks and nose concealing, so I'll keep looking. Although if Niche beauty have a sale I might pick up the FH anyway if only for the gorgeous packaging and experience !

Sorry The makeup is already gone. The makeup i declutter gets either thrown when severely expired, gifted to friends or sold if it is barely used.❤️. Most makeup finds a home really quick.

Owhhhh oki so much to unpack. CdP is on my list of eyeshadow formulas I wanna try. The most boring ones have my eye hahaaha like beach pebbles which is no 2 I believe. I cant get that sucked out of my mind. Sdj 71 is on my wish list for sure ! I too wanna smell like some vanilla cupcake dripped in sugary goodness. I have a huge list to try but I am forcing myself to pace myself. Ysl libre intense is currently my obsession. It's simply giving me signature scent vibes and I am here for it. I got a sample from valaya of parfum de Marley and the protection on it is beast mode. It's insane. So that's on my wish list. If you saw my parfum wish list you would die laughing coz .... its way to expensive to buy all at once. But a nice..... slow build up and walking you through the process? I dunno. It might not be for this channel but let's see!

@@sonia.butler I have the CDP in 2 as well it's my newest one I got it like 3 weeks ago it's very light so probably better for me in the winter when I am not as dark but it does have a matt for some reason I have 6 of their quads and only 2 have matts the 2 and the green one idk why that is so I always add the ND my dream or Patrick ta matt pallet when I want to use a matt crease but the formula is amazing it's like idiot proof blends itself but I could do with out the scent in it . I definitely want to be a perfume girly but I'm so picky about scents it's hard and besides it's so expensive and I rather buy luxury makeup and skincare lol . I know I have a wish list a mile long .

These are beautiful indeed! But I agree. What good is clean beauty when the shelf life is that short! No way anyone can finish all 3 shades in that period of time. It's sad and wasteful.
