I update to today's latest build and take on the Sathanas(a bunch of times).
The CT-640 plays this song as does the MT-240
I like how the Tone Bank indicator lights up a minute after the song begins and goes out a few minutes later
As a child, I was given a VL Tone, but my dad had an MT-240, and I remember trying so hard as a kid to replicate this song manually whenever he'd let me use it.
Here’s my question how did you record this demo in this high-quality can anyone explain that? With an older keyboard like this? I am curious.
i dunno i just plugged it into my line-in on my pc. literally didn't apply any effects or anything. just imported it into a video editor and put a nice picture for the video.

@@miladalabdulbaqi1932 keyboard headphone out to my pc's line-in jack. im listening now and i can hear a very quiet hum, which probably came from the keyboard. back then i had a decent motherboard with isolated onboard sound as an advertised feature so the hum was probably not from the recording side. honestly i'm a little surprised at the quality myself. even when i recorded this off my keyboard all those years ago it had aged quite a bit and had no electronics maintenance. i bet it'd sound pretty great now if i re-capped it with modern low-ESR polymer capacitors. only reason i would re-cap it though would be to preserve the hardware as i don't really care about its sound quality.

Greetings from Saudi Arabia I used to have this keyboard when I was younger the MT 140 which has the same demo. I wasn’t sure which model we used to have so I had to ask my family and they told me that It was the keyboard and they were looking for the song for ages. I used to play around the rhythms a lot what a memory. That was the beginning of the 90s.

Yep that's it! I think this is the best little desktop/desk-side keyboard. Just what you need if your looking for a note when composing. For the most part, great sounds and just enough power. Play on!
Always loved the haunting briefing music in this game. It really played into the themes of cosmic horror that the game was going for.

Yo it's so crazy that I even was able to find this.. my sister's an I always played this, acting as if we were the ones actually playing the music lol. The nostalgia is so surreal and what's even more amazing is how many others can relate the same way as we do.. its so freaking awesome. I'm 34 and soon to be 35 and my sisters are soon to be 36 and 34,life goes by so fast and I'm grateful for every memory I hold, Peace and love to you all. We are all absolutely connected in one way or another!!

I'm fairly certain that the Casio MT-240 and other keyboards of that era used similar Yamaha FM Synthesizer chips to the one in the Genesis(the YM2612).
This is not an original song made by casio, this is a cover of Shakatak - Night Birds. Makes good sense as the band was super popular in Japan when is keyboard was designed.
