At Vibey Creatives we animate our profound and creative inspirations which we share with the world by making our art and designs available through technology. We have a wide range of products suitable to many applications - from clothing to smart phone covers. We take on commissions for graphic design and acrylic pouring art. We hope our artistic output evokes emotion and encourages our clients to release their own creativity whether through wearing our products, display them in their homes, giving them as gifts or simply admiring them with ATTITUDE. Our UA-cam channel focuses on acrylic pouring/fluid art experiments, the healing effect of fluid art and our pouring experiences ( good and bad). @vibeycreatives, we are inspired by color, by nature, by like-minded people and all things healing.

Acrylic Pouring on Plastic Flower Pot
We have been experimenting on pouring on various 3D objects. In this video you will see two techniques for pouring on plastic flower pots.
First is rolling the pot in paint and the other is making ribbons using a spoon.
The pots are first primed with a multi-purpose primer ( depending on the quality of the primer- one or two coats should do).
Two local South African chalk paints were used for for the color- Tjhoko chalk paints and Dala chalk. The base paint was a house paint- Plascon Velvaglo in White.
Watch the video to see the demo of the two techniques. Once dry - it is vanished with a local hard vanish- preferably one that is UV stable. If you can't find a UV stable external vanish- then we are sure the pots will do well indoors. The durability of the pots is best if it is under cover= like in a balcony/patio/stoep.
They make amazing gifts- just fill with soil and pick something from your garden to make a home-made gift with love.
Enjoy-- please your ideas and happy color garden pots- it needs not be acrylic pouring.

Acrylic Pouring flower Reverse Dip - Saved
Переглядів 482 роки тому
This was an experiment using a plastic bag to do a reverse flower dip. The plastic bag developed an air-bubble which spoiled the painting. This video will show how we saved the blunder by using a typical serviette which was slightly damp to save the painting. In the end - it turned out great. Share with us how you have saved some of your reverse flower dips that went wrong. We particularly love...
Dutch Pour on Nutec Window Sill - Functional Art Acrylic Pouring
Переглядів 622 роки тому
This was a commission for a little cottage. We decided that a Dutch Pour would work the best- ended up with a very satisfying outcome. How: 1. Have the builder cut the nutec board to size to fit the window. 2. Clean the board very well- wipe with a damp cloth. 3. Ensure that the board is not moist- then apply two coats of a multi-purpose primer. This is not guaranteed- but a concrete primer may...
Fluid Art: Three Reverse Flower Dips on One Canvas
Переглядів 532 роки тому
This is an experiment creating three flowers on one canvas- six petals per flower. Paints used is the local South African Dala Flow Acrylics- mixed with the Dala Flow medium - one to one with a dash of water. What we learned is that when picking up the paper serviette- it is best to pick up each of the four side first and then do your best to pick up the two pieces tucked away between each of t...
Dutch/blow-dryer acrylic pour Experiment with paint mixes on Black backgrounds
Переглядів 922 роки тому
We did three experiments with similar color paints to see if there is any difference in the final product if : 1. Paints are mixed only with water; 2. If paints are mixed only with pouring medium and just a very tiny drop of water and; 3. Some paints mixed with water only and some with pouring medium and a drop water. We find that all three options create great paintings. The most cell formatio...

Lesson/tips learned from this pour: Be sure to mix the consistency of all...

3D Sheleeart Blooms and Dip technique on cupboard knobs
Переглядів 1073 роки тому
Pouring on 3D objects can be challenging. This video shows how we used the Sheleeart art bloom technique and our own dip technique to do pours on cupboard knobs. The knobs are different shapes and materials. Some are wooden, some are metal and some are fiberglass. The first step is always to sand the knob( even if it is new)- helps with the adhesion of the primer. The second step is to paint on...
Beautiful Acrylic Pouring Dip technique on Wood cuts-outs
Переглядів 1723 роки тому
This video shows how we used wood cuts-outs, rocks and round wooden canvases to create the most vibrant and beautiful pieces of acrylic pouring art. The technique is similar to the traditional dip technique- however, we modified this technique to use a lot more base paint. This is an excellent technique for 3D objects. The more base paint in a high contrast color- the less muddy effect and the ...
Awesome Acrylic Pouring Mosaic Dip Technique
Переглядів 1 тис.3 роки тому
At Vibey Creatives we love the dip technique. In this video we dipped pebble mosaics into acrylic paints mixed to the same consistency as for a flip cup pour. Step One- prime the mosaics with a tile primer or a multi-surface primer- two coats. Step Two- ensure the size of the container in which the paints will be layered fits the size of the mosaics. Step Three- layer the container with baking/...
Acrylic pouring dip technique on cupboard knobs with Interference and Metallic Paints.
Переглядів 2153 роки тому
In this video, you will see how we use the " dip technique" - created by Vibey Creatives as part of our experimentation with fluid art. Purchase wooden or other knobs and handles for cupboards. If they are vanished ( shiny)- sand them down a little, prime with two coats of wood or multi-purpose primer. For this experiment- we are using interference metallic and color shift paints- we love these...
Blooms with Interference Colors and a Compressor
Переглядів 4963 роки тому
Vibey Creatives has a commission to create Sheleeart Blooms on tiles for a kitchen splashback. We used a Plascon Velvaglo house paint mixed with a pearl acrylic metallic paint as the base. Interference and one color shift paint was used: colors - blue, green, blue to mauve and we added a little metallic silver. The cell activator is Amsterdam lamp black mixed one part paint to 4 parts Australia...
Acrylic Pouring Dip technique on Rocks- New
Переглядів 9113 роки тому
This is a new technique by Vibey Creatives of dipping rocks and other 3D objects in a bucket of pre-mixed paints. The base paint is any color you choose- white works the best from our trials, then adding colors to the top of the base paint. It is best to use colors that compliment each other ( to avoid mud) and adding some metallic gold or silver adds a nice sparkle and finishing touch. Prime t...
Flower Bottle Bottom Primary Colors Acrylic Pour
Переглядів 303 роки тому
This acrylic pour uses the bottom of a bottle with 5 grooves- making 5 petals. The pour is done on a round canvas with the paints poured in 3 layers almost to the edge of the canvas. This is a very basic technique- great for beginners and it is hard to make mud ( browns) with primary colors. Give it a try. #acrylicpourflower #fluidart #flowerpainting #bottlebottomflower

Fluid Art Strainer Pour Experiment With Daler Rowney System 3 Acrylic Paints
Neat. I have never seen this but can't wait to try it.
Do you have to seal them with something? I would think the paint might scratch or flake off.
Truly Beautiful!💜
Well why didn’t you answer the question on how you mix your paint???? You don’t give any info on that…. 🤨🙄
Did you dip the ornaments in a base color before you dip them in the actual color
Is this straight acrylic paint or do you add a pouring medium?
Wow 🤩🤩🤩
It’s beautiful, so impressed with the results
This is awesome. Exactly what I was hoping using an air sprayer would be like. Thank you for sharing this video link.
Gorgeous! Wow. You've inspired me. I'm going to the craft store right this minute to pick up everything I need to make beautiful ornaments like these!!! 👍
Share your tires with us- we are all learning and exploring together. Enjoy.
I loved watching this ! Such a beautiful creation!!!
What do you use as a stick inside the ornament?
Hi - Just wooden skewers
I TRULY LOVE THIS
New sub here from Spokane Valley Wa
Beautiful 😍 just can't wait to try it thank you
Nice video 🌿🌿🌿
These turned out really beautiful I want to try this but after dipping the the ornament in the paint how do you get the stick in it without messing it up 🤔🤔🤔
Hi Laura - put the stick in before you start dipping. It is also good to cover the baubel with a multipurpose primer first so the acrylic paints don't break up.
@@vibeycreatives7698 how so you keep the stick inside and easily pull it out?
@@vibeycreatives7698Do you tape the stick? How does it stay inside?

Best re-do of a Christmas ornament! Love their Vivid and Metallic colors! Thank you for the inspiration! 😃⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🎉🎉🎉
SUPER pretty! I hear gorgeous birds in the background which I love.🖌☺
Very interested in seeing the finished product... Beautiful tiles
Beautiful 🥂
I never use pastel, but your design is very pretty. 🙂🎨
I like that you just went with it, and made various designs. ☺
I just got some titanium white last week, but never used it yet. My go to is the flow acrylic white by Artist's Loft, and it's known for being somewhat of a cell creator with the right techniques. I just came across your channel and I wanted to support. I liked & subscribed. All the best! 🙂🎨
Love it! Those colours are gorgeous! <3
Yah agree at the flipcup, not the swipe but still a great video!
Looks beautiful - lovely colours!
