I have a small 8 X 4 porch that has more "junk" in it than that shed. My wife took it over with all her knitting supplies, plus one of our cat trees is out there. Anyway, Merry Christmas to you and your family.

I think we are your 3k subscriber! We are also off grid in Canada (Ontario) we actually just sold our on grid homestead (himsworth haven homestead we had a bit of a neglected youtube channel and a somewhat decent fb page) a month ago and now are completely off grid and beginning again following a similar lifestyle is exciting!

what are you going to do about the over flow in the tub. don't forget you will need a air vent for your drains.

In addition to the spray foam use steel wool to prevent rodents from chewing through the spray foam. Also are you going to wrap the pipes to insulate them from the cold weather before you skirt the house?

you have to lose the trap...water will freeze in there in a hurry trust me...learned from experience just run it straight to where your going

I would put some steel wool around the openings, plus way to seal it.

Seal around the penatration through your floor or rodents will get in!

Make sure you put spray foam around the hole going outside under the sink so mice don't get in

Bathing indoors!! Your wife is gonna luv ya for this one. Not to mention the kids😊

The plumbing will definitely make everyday life easier in your cabin. Just an FYI, ‘S’ traps aren’t supposed to be used anymore, also, technically vents are required so fixtures drain better. All good for this winter though! Good code info that is easy to read can be found by typing in ‘Winnipeg planning brochures’.
