Thanks, savethetpc1547. I'm also a big fan of Erin's. In my Cardio Dance and Cardio Dance Light classes, we do a bunch of Erin's routines. And as you saw, in my Broadway Bound classes, we also do a bunch. She's a fab choreographer. And yes, our BB troupe is having a ball dancing together. I'm just trying to keep up with them. I'm sure Erin would appreciate if you left comments on the videos you've used, letting her (and her viewers) know how much you and your classes enjoyed the routines. Hi, Erin. I'm so sorry. I just saw your reply. You're like a rock star. I just love your choreography. Our Broadway Bound troupe is currently working on your Rapper's Delight routine. I'm modifying it a bit because we're an older bunch, so I'm toning it down a tad. But it's awesome. For our next club party, I'm thinking of having some singers in our group try to sing, while our troupe dances. I'll be sure to post the video after our performance. I hope you're enjoying your little princess, and all is well...Hope p.s. Your Senior Dance Fitness routines are a big hit with my Cardio Dance Light students. Thank you!

Few and far between. Most of the residents are wonderful. But Ken Colen is chairman of the board, owns almost all of the companies that do work around here. Lots of conflicts of interest. And little to no access to information for the condo owners. It's a bit of a dictatorship. He controls what goes in the OTOW Newspaper, controls what is shown on the TV station, controls the contracts for the various companies of his that run this place. If your mom could be ok with all of that, then it's a great place to live. The upkeep and facilities have gone downhill over the past year or two, but hoping things will get better.
