There was a Northern Exposure episode that Shelly sang all of her lines ( in lieu of speaking her lines). Now I know that was really Cynthia's great real voice and I know why. George Harrison had the most profound and interesting view of death that I have ever heard. He even wrote a song called "The art of dying". Cynthia did a wonderful job acting on N.E. and she still looks great !! My phone number is.......haha just kidding.....but I wish. LOL

Hate to use the A-word, but Geary seems so authentic. I think she is genuine. She always has been. I completely understand her instant love for the place she was assigned to because of work. Her end of life insights are illuminating. I have reason to keep them in mind these days. Also, her and her husband's sense that they wanted kids and did not want to raise them in Los Angeles or some other sketchy place. Well done, War Cry, for just letting her speak. I would have had such a difficult time of that. You, on the other hand, are thoroughly professional.

Good for this home grown "gal" from the southeast, from a neighboring state, to be on such a memorable series that helped me get through grad school in the early 90s. Followed the entire Northern Exposure series then and binge watch it now from time to time.

I really love Northern Exposure., I'm a huge Northern Exposure fan.

Cynthia was literally in the best tv show ever made (along with Little House) & she was just adorable. All of the characters were soooo real & sooo rich that once the show ended I shut off my cable permanently because I knew nothing after could ever get close in quality as Northern Exposure. fyi: Forever grateful to Cynthia. While they were filming, I took my little daughter & drove 12 hours up to Roslyn, WA to watch them film & right after we got there & were standing in town, Cynthia was walking by so I asked her if I could take a picture with her & my daughter which she very sweetly agreed to. (32) years later I still have it. Thank you Cynthia. Have a beautiful life.

Where can I watch big time rush these days

Loved Northern Exposure and now my wife and I are binge watching it on Prime. Our favorite "Shelly" line? When asked about her recollection of something she responds; "My record collection?"

I adore this woman, loved her N.E. character so much, can't imagine anyone else pulling it off as well as Cynthia.

I've been through this. A reality which hits. I'm glad that there's something which addresses this.
