A customer started filming her shopping experience at my store and posted the video on Google reviews because the managers made us pull the entire grocery truck to the sales floor and set it there while the customers were shopping. Two of my managers are on the video just standing there talking. That place was just embarrassing to work for. Thank God I no longer work there. I feel like I have my soul back.

Good luck with all of your school work. Going back to school makes my brain hurt. It’s been so long I don’t think I could handle the stress. It is good to get education but I don’t think I could go back. Organization is something I love to do and then I start to fall behind and I have to do it all over again. Today I just got my haircut and I am glad because it’s about to drop down to like 12 degrees outside brr. I don’t mind cold weather not that cold. If you do move I hope it is a smooth one. Walmart was the worst job I’ve ever had. Customers treat you like garbage. Management is awful, and at least at my store, the coworkers were the laziest people I’ve ever seen.

I’ll be honest with no shame. I fucking hated working for Walmart! The coworkers were shit, you had managers cheating on their wives, vice versa and they refused to put me anywhere else other than at that damn door greeting hateful ass customers! I just got tired and unmotivated to keep showing up so I was let go.

yooo good luck with going back to school and tackling 3 classes! finding a good schedule is key, maybe try a time management app or even asking an AI to help you stay organized? and that vacation sounds awesome, I'm dying to go on a cruise! never been on one lol. keep us updated on where you decide to go 🚢

For Christmas I got some gift cards and some clothes. My mom made chocolate chip cookies and spaghetti for Christmas dinner. It was so delicious. I hope after the holidays everything slows down for you. Thank you Tyler 😊.

i feel you lol holidays in retail are brutal. I used to work at best buy, and the holiday seasons were straight-up hell. understaffed, slammed schedules, crazy customers...it's the worst. my store even had armed guards during black friday. your store sounds even more intense, though! and YES, a thousand times yes, people buying pets as gifts is just irresponsible. mad respect for educating people about it, even when they don't want to hear it. mellow(mallow?)looks like a total handful already lol. never had a bird, but I'm glad he's settling in. hang in there tyler!! enjoy those days off with mellow. perfect stress relief

I appreciate you Tyler for sharing your awful experience at your job @ petsmart store. I agreed with you that when customers get bothered lol about something that they don't know what to find for their pets, they just don't know and get angry for no reason. When customers show their products to you as the employee (some want to get the recommendations when they give up that they no longer can find effective ones for their animals.), they want to leave fast from the store and go by their day. I am learning from you teacher.

Same girl same. I had to 'help' my coworkers who were deliberately lazy. I always went above and beyond and for what? I survived 5 years. Managers did it for me. I got pulled into the office something about this coworker Sonia the reason was because I was helping a customer instead of 'helping' her.
