আমাকে যদি কেউ জিজ্ঞেস করে বাংলাদেশের সবচেয়ে সুন্দর দৃশ্যটি কোথায় দেখেছেন? আমি বাংলাদেশের সর্বদক্ষিণের এক খণ্ড দ্বীপ, যার নাম সেন্ট মার্টিন, এর নামটা বলতে আর এক মুহূর্ত ভাববো না। সেন্টমার্টিন বাংলাদেশের একমাত্র প্রবাল দ্বীপ এবং এটি মূলভূখন্ডের সর্ব দক্ষিণে এবং কক্সবাজার জেলা শহর থেকে ১২০ কিলোমিটার দূরে অবস্থিত, যার আকার মাত্র ১৭ বর্গ কিলোমিটার। স্থানীয় ভাষায় সেন্টমার্টিনকে নারিকেল জিঞ্জিরা বলেও ডাকা হয়। অপূর্ব প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য্যমন্ডিত এ দ্বীপটি বাংলাদেশের অন্যতম পর্যটন স্থান হিসাবে জায়গা করে নিয়েছে। নীল আকাশের সাথে সমুদ্রের নীল জলের মিতালী, সারি সারি নারিকেল গাছ এ দ্বীপকে করেছে অনন্য।
আজকে সেই সেইন্ট মার্টিন ট্রিপের গল্প বলতে এসেছি। সেখানে আমরা কিভাবে গিয়েছি, কীভাবে হোটেল বুক করেছি। ৩ দিনের ট্রিপ এ কই কি করা যায়, ভালো মন্দ , খরচাপাতি সহ আরও বেশি কিছু ইনফরমেশন নিয়ে আমাদের এই Travel Video.
কিভাবে যাব?
সেইন্ট মার্টিন এ যেতে হলে প্রথমে যেতে হবে কক্সবজারের টেকনাফ। ঢাকা থেকে টেকনাফ যাওয়ার বেশ কিছু উপায় আছে। কক্সবাজার পর্যন্ত নতুন ট্রেইনে এ করে কক্সবাজার নেমে সহজেই টেকনাফ যাওয়া যায়। ট্রেনের টিকেট অনলাইনে কেটে নিতে পারেন। তবে আমরা গিয়েছিলাম ঢাকা থেকে ডিরেক্ট বাস এ করে টেকনাফ। ঢাকার প্রায় সবকটি বাস স্ট্যান্ড থেকেই টেকনাফের উদ্দেশ্যে সন্ধ্যা থেকে রাত ১০ টার আগেই বাসগুলো ছেড়ে যায়। এখানে বলে রাখা ভাল যে টেকনাফ এ আপনার লঞ্চ ছেড়ে দেয়ার আগেই বাস থেকে নেমে ফেরিঘাট পর্যন্ত যেতে হবে। এর জন্য সন্ধ্যা বা রাত ৮ টার আগের বাসে উঠে যাওয়াই বুদ্ধিমানের কাজ। সাধারণত বাসে করে যেতে প্রায় ১২ ঘণ্টার মত সময় লাগে। আর যাত্রাপথে ২ বার বিরতি পাওয়া যায়।
আমরা বাসের টিকেট কেটেছিলাম অনলাইনে (shohoz.com) থেকে। একেবারে পিক সিজন না হলে চাইলে অফলাইনেও কিনতে পারেন । AC স্লিপার বাসের ভাড়া ছিল ২৫০০ টাকা করে। স্লিপার কোচ এর দাম তুলনামূলক ভাবে একটু বেশি। নরমাল এশি বা নন এসি বাসের ভাড়াও যে একেবারে কম তাও না। AC (3 seat) , AC (4 Seat) ও Non-AC বাস এর ভাড়া পর্যায়ক্রমে ১৬০০, ১২০০ ও ৮৫০ টাকা। আমাদের বাস ছেড়েছিল মতিঝিল থেকে আর আমাদের নামতে হয়েছিল টেকনাফ ফেরিঘাটের কাছেই বাস স্ট্যান্ড এ। নেমেই ব্রেকফাস্ট করে নেয়াটা বুদ্ধিমানের কাজ। আমরা বিজিবির একতা রেস্টুরেন্ট এ ব্রেকফাস্ট সেরে নেই।
এরপর হেঁটে বা লাগেজ বেশি হলে কুলীর সাহায্যে ফেরি ঘাটের দিকে যাবেন। ফেরিঘাট বা লঞ্চ টার্মিনালে বেশ কিছু সেইন্ট মার্টিন গামী জাহাজ বা লঞ্চ দেখতে পাবেন। সেইন্ট মার্টিন এর জাহাজ সকাল ৮ টা থেকে ১০ টার মধ্যে একে একে সব ছেড়ে যায়। এর টিকেট জাহাজে উঠার আগে করতে পারেন। তবে এই রিস্ক না নেয়াই ভাল। আমরা অনলাইনের মাধ্যমে আগে থেকেই কেটেছিলাম। অনেকগুলো ওয়েবসাইট থেকেই কাটা যায়। তবে টা আমার launchbd.com ওয়েবসাইট টি ভালো লেগেছে। এদিক দিয়ে জাহাজের সময় আর সিট গুলো কেমন দেখতে হলে এই ওয়েবসাইটে যাবেন আর পছন্দ মত টিকেট করবেন। তবে আমার কাছে এই অল্প সময় এর জার্নি টা ছাদের উপড়ের সীট থেকেই করা বুদ্ধিমানের কাজ মনে হয়েছে। এই নীল সমুদ্র আর তার মাঝ দিয়ে ছুটে চলছেন আপনি একঝাক গাংচিল এর সাথে। আমি যখন এই কথা গুলো বলছি, বার বার চলে যাচ্ছি সেই সুন্দর সময়গুলোতে। আমাদের সময় লেগেছিল প্রায় ৪ ঘণ্টা। সেইন্ট মার্টিন ফেরিঘাটে আমাদের জাহাজ নামিয়ে দেয়।
বেড়ানো:
সেইন্ট মার্টিন এ থাকার প্ল্যান বিভিন্নভাবে করা যায়। অবে যারা দিনে গিয়ে দিনেই সেন্টমার্টিন থেকে ফিরে আসবেন তারা পরবর্তীতে আফসোস করতে পারেন তাই সবচেয়ে ভালো হয় অন্তত একদিন সেন্টমার্টিনে অবস্থান করা। এতে যেমন পুরো দ্বীপ ঘুরে দেখতে পারবেন তেমনি এই আনন্দময় ভ্রমণ আপনাকে সবসময় মোহিত করবে। আমরা ২ রাত ৩ দিন থেকেছিলাম, একবার হোটেল পরিবর্তন করি।
কই থাকবেন?
বর্তমানে সেইন্ট মার্টিন পুরোটা জুড়ে অসংখ্য হোটেল বা রিসোর্ট বানানো হয়েছে। তাই, অপশন যখন বেশি থাকে, পছন্দমত ঠিক করাটাও একটা ভাবনার ব্যাপার হয়ে যায়। একটা জিনিস মাথায় রাখা ভালো যে দ্বীপের উত্তর দিকে ফেরিঘাট ও বাজার, আর এদিকে দক্ষিণ দিকে ছেড়াদ্বিপ। গুগলব ম্যাপ দেখে আমরা সহজেই পছন্দমত হোটেল বা রাতের থাকার যায়গা নির্ধারণ করতে পারেন। আবার একই কথা বলতে হচ্ছে। পিক টাইম হলে অনলাইনে হোটেল বুক করে আসাটাই বুদ্ধিমানের কাজ। আমরা প্রথম রাত থেকেছিলাম জোস্নালয় নামের এক রিসোর্ট এ, আর দ্বিতীয় রাত ছিলাম সিনবাদ এ। টিকেট কেটেছিলাম gozayan.com থেকে আর ফেসবুকের পেইজ থেকে নাম্বার নিয়ে।

Yes, Pakistani citizens need a visa to visit Turkey for tourism or business. Pakistan is not a visa-free country for Turkey, so citizens with ordinary passports must apply for a visa before traveling
You didn't mention it, but don't you have to register online with your plane ticket?And then when you get there ypu have a reservation?
When we visited, we didn't do it. However you may check the latest instructions visiting their website. We only reported to touristanbul desk after landing. Which is downstair and at a corner of the arrival section. Thanks
We booked a tour and paid for our own hotel. When we showed up at the kiosk for the morning tour, as per instructions the previous evening, we were told it was full. Touristanbul said too bad and that was it. It was pathetic. They tried to blame us at first. Take the hotel option and stay away from this scam. Touristanbul is not connected to Turkish Airlines and so the latter has no pressure to apply on the former. Not a serious arrangement.
That is not expected... However, it depends on the pressure of the transit passengers. When I visited, it was not that much crowded
Brother I am from Bangladesh. And I am trying for student visa in Germany. If I got that and I fly in turkish air and then for this tour Istanbul do i need a Turkish visa?
Yes brother, you need a visa to leave the airport to take Touristanbul, a free service from Turkish Airlines. You can find the hotel desk after you pass through passport and custom control. If you avail sponsored tour of Turkish airlines, you need not to worry too much. Because the tours are planned in that way. But for your information, it took around 45 min to go tourist area. And most of the places are nearby, you may skip something if you have time limitations. Again, if it's turkish airlines, they will give you Ultima suggestions

Hola , el mes pasado de Abril compre un tiquete de New york a Malta con una escala de 4 horas en Estambul y de regreso a los EEUU con escala en Estambul de 21 horas y 15 minutos. supuestamente tenia derecho a una noche en un hotel gratis por Turkish Airlines , les mande varios correos para hacer la reservacion, faltando 4 dias para salir de Malta para Estambul me mandaron un correo para llenar una forma, al parecer solo era para imprimirla porque no se podia mandar a ningun correo , cuando llegue al Aeropuerto de Estambul pregunte donde esta la oficina de Free hotel y cuando llegue me cobraron 130 dolares por la Habitacion mas 10 dolares de recargo por el trasporte al hotel , quiero saber porfavor si alguien lo pudo hacer y como, o si es mentiras .muchas gracias por su informacion . You are welcome. Regarding missing the flight- I am sure it will not happen. Because the total tour is handled by Turkish Airlines people. If you avail hotel, they will tell you the pick up time and you will maintain that timing. From the hotel lobby, they will collect you. If you want to avail the tour, there is no chance of missing the flight as the rour guide will be with you. They peovide food. We took breakfast & lunch from their arrangements

@@june723 not required actually. Generally, after landing IST, you will go downstairs & turn right (Better to download the airport map before). Then you will show the ticket. Automatically they will adjust for the next available tour within the time. However, you may call Turkish Airlines call center FAQ.
