Although I have not yet finished watching/listening to this shiur, I want to agree with the bubbles strategy. The Rebbetzin is spot on. I am a music therapist and mental health counselor as well as a conservatory trained musician. One must breathe in to blow the bubbles, and when done properly (breathing in deeply through the nose, not allowing the shoulders to rise) ane blowing out a steady stream of air for the bubbles, and it is repeated more than a few times, it lights up parts of the brain and neuro-pathways that are shrunk during stressful situations....this is a technique I have done with human beings in various settings, and especially in trauma informed care. It works. I use this technique. I am a parent to a 10 year old on the Autism Spectrum who also has other diagnoses that make daily life highly challenging. Talking with HaShem and breathing are two of the main the ways I make it each day. Take what you need❤

On this subject, I heartily recommend atrack I discovered by accident (it appeared in my 'recommended' feed) by a British band called UNIT. The track is A Tribute To The Israeli Defence Force and it is excellent - tuneful and forceful without being bombastic combined with a lovely lyric. I know next to nothing about the group but on investigation I see they've recorded a whole batch of Jewish related tracks such as Pesach, Yom Kippur, Bar Mitzvah, Israel Is Real, The 613 Mitzvot and probably others I don’t know about yet. Some of them feature Rabbis Moshe Bryski and Yitzchak Breitowitz which is definitely a recommendation in itself.

I am truly thankful to have found this. I can listen and pay attention again. I am directing this for all of you and the validation through your words that I am in the correct direction regarding G-d. The martyrs didn't know when to leave well enough alone from what I gathered and Jeremiah according to presumptuous scholars lost control when I perceive he wept loud from his gut and it gets misinterpreted. Did Jeremiah break nearly every commandment other than idolatry, worshiping another god, and adultery? He sounds like he may have been drunk confessing to G-d, he had to break kosher dietary laws to survive? Pretention aside. Thank you for your lessons. I have catching up to do. Common sense is what Judaism teaches in regards to G-d and the commandments. I felt guilty the other day when shrimp was all I had to eat to where I fasted three days, two medium one major. How dare I call this a relationship with G-d and be stricken with fear, doubt, selfishness, and letting it consume me more than serving our creator. I need to break the habit of living for myself on my behalf at G-d's expense and serving myself to appease the world and not realize what I am doing. Claiming to serve our creator out of fear of what may happen is a selfish conditional thought and serving for eagerness of a reward is the balance of blasphemy.
