This is my first video talking about mental health in over 7 years - I talk about my own suffering and my past.
Thanks for doing these mate
Proud of you man, and you should be proud of yourself. Still a big achievement!
Hang in there champ!
Great T-Shirt indeed
Great video mate. I get triggered by intrusive thoughts - going through CBT now. Looking forward to your next video.
Much love <3 - I have always wondered what its like to feel like this. But the more people talk about it, the more it makes me think of how something so small and minuscule could have two total opposite effects on people is crazy! A topic you could cover ash is what others can do to help in a situation if they are with someone to help them? Without knowing whats going on inside, someone asking "Is everything ok"when clearly its not can only make things 10x worse....
Love it bro x
Keep it talking ash <3 Plenty of ears to listen and to give you pick me ups when your down
Derek Mills thanks man xx
I’m missing the gym man like crazy! I was just getting into it before this lockdown stuff started. I start a new job tonight! So fingers crossed new challenges will keep me mind busy! Keep this up man! It’s defo helping me! Good to hear your doing better man! Stay safe mucker!
Dan Cross good luck with the job! I’m sure you’ll smash it.
Well done Ashley , my anxiety attacks and IBS is some much better since I've been eating better and exercising. If you ever want a walker buddy drop me a message, we can walk and talk mate
Excellent video Ash, I'm proud of you. x
Great post. Really poignant to share. When I had my first anxiety attack I passed out. I was 10. Genuinely thought I was going to die. At the moment life is tough. Keep aware. Keep looking after those that are suffering.
Please feel free if you ever need someone to talk too. Inbox is always open. Ash.
Fantastic work mate! Take your time with this bro! I’m on the journey too man! Finally dealing with my shit after 25 odd years! To think back in the day, we were both sat by that sanding machine suffering in silence... This is what the world needs, encouragement to talk everyday and not not feel guilty for it! Stay safe man! x
God, don't remind me of those days.
Yeah mate bad times!
Love you dude xx
Amazing for you to share your experiences, very insightful.
Keep at it
When I first had a panic attack I thought I was dying. I passed out and woke up with police and the public around me, the whole experience took so long to process. Sharing is so powerful. I have so much respect for you and your goal 💜
Joanne Evans-Stone it’s a long and scary process - I hope you’re coping better with them now.
@@ashleyp27 much better thank you, it's been years of work to get to this point though. There's always more to learn too, more to unravel. I think I've learnt to be kind to myself and that's made things easier. Keep it up 👍 I enjoy the way you're honest and how you explain things, you absolutely creased me with the tech at the end 😂
Joanne Evans-Stone hahaha. You wouldn’t think I work in tech 🙈
@@ashleyp27 😂 it was kind laughter, I do the exact same and I'm also "techy". It's the equipment...😌
<3
Great share mate. I’m sure a lot of people can relate. Take care 👍🏻
Fantastic work brother.x
