Can we eat almonds with milk in morning
No sir, milk itself is heavy to digest adding almonds into it will make it even heavier. If possible avoid cow or Buffalo milk, coconut milk, almonds milk are good options.

Sir it depends upon your acitvity level as well, and in generally for 90% people 30 grams is more than enought to get all the nutrients, and Dryfruits/nuts are calorie dense, it's important to eat in moderation, I hope I have given some clarity about Dryfruits/nuts, Thankyou.
What about the quantity of peanuts? How many peanuts should I eat with all of these dry fruits? And can I eat these on empty stomach? Daily dry fruits khane se weight gain toh nhi hoga na!? Btw Thank you for this informations.❤
I am really glad that you liked the video🙏, You can eat about 20-25 grams peanuts every day, Avoid eating peanuts with other Dryfruits/nuts, you can eat peanuts after workout in the morning and other Dryfruits/nuts before workout empty stomach. Don't worry if you eat the combination shown in the video, and 20-25 grams of peanuts you will never put on weight, infact this will help you stay fit and energetic, but make sure you don't overeat Dryfruits/nuts, overeating can result in weight gain. Agar aap Dryfruits/Nuts soaked water peena chahte hai toh, har Dryfruits and nuts ko alag alag soak kare, Sab mix Dryfruits/nuts soaked water nahi Pi sakte, Almonds soaked water nahi peena, Baki aap walnuts, Raisin, figs soaked water pi sakte hai.

You are doing alright, just add walnuts in the mix, and make sure that you don't eat too much of Dryfruits/nuts. The quantity shown in the video is about 30 grams and it's perfect to get all the nutrients, and always eat soaked figs, almonds and walnuts. Time gap is also perfect👍

Sorry for late reply🙏, Instead of drinking Dryfruits/Nut juice, eat whole Dryfruits/Nut Both are fine, but soaked peanuts are easy to digest, If your Digestion is perfect then you can definitely eat roasted peanuts.

Don't mix fruits with Dryfruits/nuts, you can definitely eat Dryfruits/nuts after workout, Keep a gap of atleast 30 mins between Dryfruits/Nuts and your breakfast.

Ma'am the best time to eat Dryfruits/Nuts is morning, (30-45 mins) Before or (5-10 mins) after workout, You can separate chia seeds from Dryfruits/Nuts, you can add soaked chia seeds in coconut water or butter milk, you can drink coconut water 1 hour after breakfast and butter milk 45- 60 mins after lunch.
This combination will be beneficial to you, but for fat loss you need to include 45 mins - 60 mins of vigorous exercise into your daily routine.

Sir, each and every individual is different, the activity levels are different, and each and every Dryfruit/Nut has different nutrients, For a normal person whose TDEE is normal, we advice to eat 30 grams of mix Dryfruits/nuts as shown in the video, and that's good enough. Ye sab healthy fats hai aap max 50-60 grams 1 din mein kha sakte hai, aur Isse jyada khane se triglycerides badh sakte hai, weight badhane ke liye aapko carbs intake badhane ki jarurat hai, carbs jaise vegetables, cereals ka intake badhaiye.

I never recommend Dryfruits/Nuts with fruits, please avoid as banana has 65% - 70%, have atleast 30 mins gap between Dryfruits/Nuts and banana. Dryfruits/Nuts ko chew karke khana is the best option and never eat raw almonds. Almonds should be soaked before eating. Chia seeds should be soaked in water for atleast 30 mins, Never eat chia seeds raw or roasted. I hope this helps.
