Sir, is it okay to have 2 tbsp mixed seed powder daily containing roasted- flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, magraj, sesame seeds and melon seeds. Can we add roasted chia seeds with the mix? Or do we need to eat 1 tbsp soaked chia seeds separately with liquid foods?
We can add chia seeds with other seeds. Seeds are warm in nature and summers are coming, eating 2 tbsp of roasted seeds can have some consequences, instead eat soaked seeds, soak 2 tbsp of seeds in the water soak it overnight, strain and drink after brushing your teeth, Soaked seeds are even more beneficial for our health.
