That's so true like when i first listened to Egoist and Kiss Later i couldn't differentiate between it like they sound soooo similar

they can definitely sing, but a big problem in kpop is that idols don't perform live anymore. and even if they do, a lot of videos of them performing live sound more perfect bc the audio is fixed with autotuning. more companies should be focused on giving their idols proper vocal training and breath control, so they can sing while they dance. and for the more difficult dances, the onces where singing during dancing is almost impossible, it's ok if they sing it all live but the industry (not just kpop, pop in general) should stop focusing on perfection and start focusing on bettering the skills of their idols. right now, haseul, kim lip and chuu are probably loona's biggest vocalists (even if haseul is underused) and i wish the company just let them sing live more. even in their recent concert, i could hear that a lot of the "live singing" was kinda fixed with autotune. and i'm not hating on the members!!! they're all very skilled!!! it's not their fault.

Loona is talent, not a commercial kpop girl group

I think Loona has the most consistent amount of potential among the members (especially considering how many of them there are) compared to other recent groups. But I think the criticism comes because their company doesn't work on their vocal power over time. BBC is not interested in developing the members, they just want to develop the fanbase and sell as many physical albums as they can. Only the members who really study music are getting better.

Ok I listen the entire discography of loona almost everyday maybe everyday actually. I never get tired of hearing their songs, the solos, the intros, titles and bsides are just gold. This guys saying their songs sound the same is straight stupid, but thanks 2 them we got this video haha i love loona
