How do people get down syndrome like were they underdeveloped but they were still born or not enough of something like how

Tripp is a good boy, beauty, too, and I'm so happy he lives and is loved and can show all the love he feels. One of our friendis a man with this „Upssyndrome, too, and he always makes my day! We all must have an eye on him but not more than if one is allergic, or diabetes deseased.Now the last 2 years N'm very ill so my friends must help me so much more! I love his smile and his rightout character most. He reminds me at my childhood when I had a brother to care for about 4,5 years. They both look so similar! God may bless you all, over and over again, every step you take and each word from your mouth is a gift for us by Him, spoken by Tripp. He shows what really is important, isn't it? God is at his side. And at yours, you wonderful parents!❤

Two days ago my wife gave birth to our third child who has DS, AVSD, and tetralogy of Fallot. We knew the diagnosis before hand but now it seems so much more real. We have been spending lots of time in the NICU thinking about how much our lives have changed in the last three months since we received this news.
