I think this is a very good idea. It’s actually a beautiful idea that you do positive affirmations for Japanese people around the world because as somebody who is just learning Japanese as a beginner, I have noticed that so many animes are tragic in Japan and so many Japanese stories are very tragic with a lot of death, and I admire the Japanese so much with their intelligence, their culture, their beautiful art, their writing, the beauty of the language and the country and the architecture everything, but I do feel that if Japan has one cultural division, it is happiness such a great people should be happier and I think that you need organized efforts at making people in Japan, especially young people happier

I believe you are correct in your observation. In Japanese, the vowels "aiueo" and the fact that words typically end in vowels mean that one doesn't need to move their mouth as much. However, English requires more mouth movement. One reason for this is that some vowels, like the 'a' in "apple," require opening the mouth in a smile-like shape to produce the sound correctly. Additionally, some consonants need an open mouth to generate sufficient airflow. The reason for this difference is that Japanese generally distinguishes sounds based on whether they are voiced or unvoiced, while English not only differentiates voiced sounds but also requires distinguishing strong aspirated sounds, which isn't necessary in Japanese. Therefore, I agree with your observation that speaking Japanese doesn't require as much use of facial muscles.
