Sounds like he likes to represent wives who look to fleece husbands. The only "dirty" tricks he mentions are ones most likely tried by men looking to protect some assets from a woman who, in all likelihood, never contributed financially to the marital assets.

2:31 my ex had to cash out stock soon after he filed divorce papers because Oracle bought cerner corp. and so we paid taxes on it the year after. He knows my plan is to use some of it to go back to school so I can have a sort of decent career to support myself and my daughter. He is paid $13k a month and I get paid $1,300 a month with rental homes. I was a stay at home wife and mom for almost 23 years of marriage. He is blaming me saying I am drawing the divorce out when he has the control of the wording and my attorney saw something concerning regarding the retirement qdro and we had been waiting on the ex and his attorney to answer back whether or not they were going to change the wording. And now I just learned on another video that qdro is better to be done or initiated by the non employed spouse and to be done before divorce is finalized. My divorce paperwork says it’s to be done within six months of the divorce being finalized. And since the ex and his attorney said I was drawing this out that I now have to pay the full amount to the qdro attorney that they had said was their preferred person to do it. My attorney now is new and was not present during the mediation agreement. My old attorney did not catch it I guess or he just trusted the process of the other lawyer. I think he said he knew of the guy mentioned for the qdro and he was okay with him. It’s all so confusing and I am being blamed for something I didn’t do as I was just waiting for a month for them to remove the wording to my attorneys liking. I wasn’t the one who had issue with it. My attorney said there is no way he was going to sign it because he said It Would be malpractice. Why would he delay being paid by me as he knew I was ready to Sign and then he saw that in the papers. He. Had missed it the first time he looked. I only wanted one thing changed since the mediation agreement and it took four months for them to finally change it. It was that in order for me to have and keep fifty fifty visitation with our daughter I had to show proof weekly of my mental therapy visits. Not for payment reimbursement but visits with my daughter. And I have no history of mental problems or addictions or anything. He falsely accused me of being diagnosed with BPD which was a complete lie. He even had me scared I had it. Because I was and am in therapy. But he put that in there after the Mediation. I agreed in mediation I would stay in therapy but there was no stipulation regarding visits from it. I said yes in good faith. Then it took them four months to agree to remove it because it wasn’t in mediation. And they only changed it because they knew we were supposed to go before the judge that day for that reason. And so we didn’t go to court that day because the removed it. If we were drawing it out why would my ex’s attorney say no they won’t change it and better yet the ex wife has to pay for all of it to be done because she’s drawing it out. How is this possible? It makes no sense. I sent my ex a chill calm message through our family wizard just saying my position and that I am not mad. I just am confused and hope this can be resolved soon. And his reply was to badmouth my attorney and then suggested I trust only my ex and his attorney to get this resolved like that day. He didn’t want Me to show my attorney that message and he wanted me to Agree to a new term than on the divorce papers. And I just don’t understand how he can pounce on me like that. I said I can’t talk to him About it and he said “yeah because you just turn and twist it to your agenda to better suit you “ okay. I just want to live my life and he is already living his. And has been living his best life. He has his career. I’d like to start mine and if he cared enough about our daughter he would want that for her mom to have a good career to help our Daughter. Nope. You can't distribute assets that are PRE-MARITAL. You left that out for #1. It doesn't matter if the spouse moves their own pre-marital money. The other spouse isn't entitled to it ANYWAY!!! Might want to include that part for the GREEDY people trying to take assets that aren't theirs.

I dont rly think if a dad wants 50/50 custody during a divorce, but he didn't spend as much time with them as the wife did during the marriage that its a dirty trick. Maybe he wanted to be home.with them too but was forced to go work and provide for everyone, and now that she'll be providing 50/50 financially, at least that's how it should be, he'll get to spend more time with them.
