I have a real problem with the judge allowing the confessions in as evidence in the Allen trial. Coercion can take many forms. Locking a man up for months in solitary confinement and mistreating him, then removing contact with his sole support (family), then forcing psyche meds on him after he understandably becomes psychotic. Presto!! He confesses!

It was, in my opinion, riddled with injustice and error on so many levels. At the least, troubling. Although I am Canadian, I enjoy and respect your personal and legal opinions, expertise and commentary on the cases you cover. Justice and right from wrong has no boundaries. I also appreciate the fact that your efforts are not monetarily driven. Its refreshing. I do think Richard Allen was found guilty because of his confessions and placing himself there didn’t help either. I wish we could have heard them, I feel they were convincing. I did have a lot of reasonable doubt and think other suspects should have been allowed in as evidence. I don’t however think they were coerced and he had an iPad and refused a tv and books. 1:59:22

Dont agree with your take on delphi. Motta and his gang of misfits is directly responsible for judge gulls refusal to allow cameras and limited access. The fact you support and encourage ANYONE to follow the Motta's is problematic to me. The psycho is exactly where he belongs. And the fact his mother and wife IMO accessories after the crime. There's a certain point they shoukd have gotten their heads out of the clouds and faced reality. And I Do believe both his daughter and sister were abused.

I agree with you on the Delphi case, Lori. Richard Allen did not receive a fair trial AT ALL. The whole thing was horrible. I don't think he did it.

Lori you should write a book on Oregon Dhs child welfare. They're pretty horrific in Portland/Gresham. I'd love to sue them. But only if it'd actually change things. In Canada November 11 is a sacred day of remembrance. I heard many stories of underaged people enlisting. Your story is going to prompt me to ask how such Canadians were dealt with. I’ve never heard it was a crime and addressed.

I think the biggest tragedy in the current state of the world is virtue signalling of prisoners rights. I think its pretty obvious the stacked evidence is clear that Rick Allen killed those girls. I listened to it all and I believe he was treated in prison with a lot of care and humanity. What do people think prison is??? a 5 star hotel????? Koburger is a different story for me. There is evidence associated with cell location, vehicle, DNA on knife sheeth. I 100 percent agree on the Delphi case. Not convinced hes guilty. How will anyone ever know, really.

Nancy just happened to get a spot in the courtroom when others could not, and happened to be in court for the most salacious testimony, whether it was an accurate portrayal, or ethical or legal in the gathering.

I agree with your opinion on Richard Allen and his Lawyers believing in his defense. On the other hand if Anne Taylor cannot invent some logical explanation on how Bryan Kohbegers DNA got on the knife sheath, Kohbeger is fried. She is a great Defense Attorney who is doing her job at $200 an hour or $8000 a week. (Newsweek Magazine)

The psychologist that worked with Richard Allen was fired I believe in 2023 from the prison for her behavior on this case. Thanks so much for the wonderful show tonight. This judge is something else. Reprimanding someone who has possibly spent half the night in a queue outside the courthouse for falling asleep in her court.

I'm commenting on Friday morning, after the prosecution's damning videos Thursday that Sarah herself recorded. She could've called the police if she was afraid to let Jorge out of the suitcase. She was not afraid to call the police, as she had done so multiple times before. Also, if a person is terrified for their life, they don't just go upstairs and fall asleep. The videos are horrible. Sarah's going down.

I think she tailored her testimony to the diagnosis & that’s the least of what I think she did.

The whole phone issue is a red herring. I've had many instances where I've suddenly got texts hours after they were sent and several at a time. The whole area was very dense bushy, they where found on a step incline.... Different providers, android texts being received on an apple, blah blah blah. It's a nothing burger the phone suddenly received texted at 4am. Maybe someone activated find my phone and it suddenly came on, under a body, beside a cliff.
