"Askel Lähempänä Saatanaa" was for me an easy album to write, it all came together fast and with ease. In many ways I think I was being influenced hell of a lot by more orthodox black metal bands at the time and that shows everywhere on it. With the album sounding less like Horna than intended it still has a great deal of me in it, the one defining factor that makes Horna what it is.

In the works. Due to different complications it has not been released yet, perhaps this year to commemorate our 30th anniversary.

Such an amazing opus! I hope the new album will be released this year. The last update I could find was Infection saying that the guitar recordings were done, but that was 5 months ago, so I guess this spring or summer? Also, I don't know if you guys are aware, but there have been some "non-musical" bot posts on the Horna FB and I think it's still going on.
Yes, the new album is now complete and will be coming out this year. We are aware of the FB page situation yet despite being able to prove our rights to the content and copyrights we have not gained any access back. Seems like a lost cause.
