Why did my coaster ranking full on disappear in vote coasters?

Not exactly sure why some of the footage is low-resolution, I suspect something happened when I downloaded these particular clips (as the clips I had downloaded months before looked just fine.) I'm blaming my old computer; my next video will be on a new one. What I don't understand is why Eejanaika is at #5 and Dinoconda at #44 when they are almost exactly same the ride. Really good video and I love all the information about how the poll works! You need more susbscribbers.

Watching this back, the Vote Coasters poll may not actually require 5 comparisons between a pair of coasters for it to be a valid duel/matchup. The “How it works” page never truly says, just saying “a specific number of lists.” They are instead referring to the fact that they need 5 riders for a coaster to become ranked (with exceptions, as Note 1 in the spreadsheet says). Just another thing I need to dive back into for next year!

I just think that Iron Gwazi is kinda overhyped and overrated. It definitely didn't deliver hiw i was expecting. But don't worry my American friends it's my number 4. Velocicoaster is the best coaster in the USA, but I've only been in Florida

I've been to many parks around the country and I have 300 coaster credits and in my opinion, when you start getting into the top tier, top 10-15 parks out there, the main dealbreakers that I've seen come down to circumstance, personal preference, and intangibles that have very little to do with the actual rides themselves but rather, everything else (ambiance, service, operations, atmosphere, food, cleanliness, costs, parking, staffing, guests, etc.)

Awesome list, I think combining them lead to quite an interesting set of rankings! Vote Coasters and Captain Coasters both have their strengths and weaknesses. Vote Coaster is a snapshot of each year, a look at how rankings evolve over time. Every person opts in to the rankings each year, which in theory means their own rankings are up to date. Captain Coaster pools rankings and updates their ranks every month. People's rankings are never removed and remain forever. This is great for lesser ridden rides, like the coasters in Asia. However, you might find that some data is very old and the roller coaster landscape has changed since then.

I'm glad DC Rivals is dropping on the lists. It was severely overhyped/ranked in previous years and set a false sense of being elite. Surprisingly i've done 14 of the top 20, but only 26 of the top 50. Just subbed. You should do more videos!

Crazy underrated channel

I say at the start of the video that the polling methods are not publicized. This is true in the sense that we don't know the exact people who vote or what their ballots look like, but it is not true that we don't know the method used. It is most definitely points-based.
