Pranayama can control breath, mind, and body, to achieve mental bliss. A physical body is born, out of 5 elements - water, fire, air, earth, and atmosphere-, in the shape of a human being, an animal, a bird, a plant, a rock, and a living& non-living being. The physical body grows, decays, and goes back to the original form of the 5 elements. Whereas the life (Atma) is never born or dies but keeps moving on from physical body to physical body. The physical body of the human being is the highest form, achieved due to good actions and thoughts (Karmas) , a platform to move ahead to the next stage of achieving MOKSHA.
Precious education. Respond spontaneously. When we have humility, clarity, devotion, positivity, and purity in mind, our response and result will be divine

I am Brahman. "Aham Brahmasmi" = Oneness. All living beings and non-living beings in the whole universe are part of Brahman, the supernatural power,having the Vishvarupa- "the universal form. Therefore, we should see the presence of (one & the same) Brahman/God that exists in all human beings, animals, birds, insects, fishes, rocks, trees, plants, stones, sand, water, fire, air, planets, and stars, in the entire universe. An example of duality = Jesus/ Allah is God. Human beings are followers. God and followers are different entities. Jesus/ Allah is the God of human beings living on this planet, Earth. Is my understanding right about God (ONENESS)?.

I haven't heard completely. The mother, if, God & Karma conscience, could beg in society for alms or give up to God for taking care, coz' stolen food & life after also has its effects. Not about good bad of stealing. Firstly the karma of being there in the situation, of suffering, if is bailed out by stealing vs God pulling out, will have its repercussions. Yes, Karmas' intent vs actions has its subdued effects, but nevertheless has. Eg: dr amputatiting, judge sentencing, soldier killing all have their effects to whatever little or fully(when a psycho is manning the same roles) vs them being done in a rage. That's why drama-suksham, details ! The only way to, no Karma, is, work as God's hand, for Vasudaivika Kutumbam, for greater good, the Karma is taken care of, the best possible way.
