This is the conclusion of two data collection sessions around our training center. My woraround to get true registration values in SCENE 2023.1 if using external (surveyed in) references. Occasionally SCENE 2023.1 when using references will do the registration, but will fail to report them in the registration report. This requires an older version of SCENE (in my case 2023.0.1) to be fixed.

This is how you fix crazy high value registration values with a target based registration. If your registration really is GOOD, but SCENE reports it as BAD. You WILL need a previous version of SCENE installed also (in my case 2023.0.1). Hopefully this will be fixed in a patch/update soon!
