A much wiser strategy: The Dothrakis should wait in the dark on both sides of the battlefield. The Onagers, Trebutchets, Catapults and archers should be positioned behind all the melee squads+on the walls. When the Army of Dead gets into sight, the 2 dragons should fly in and open a path for the Dothraki with fire. Then while the Army of Dead is fighting with the Unsullied, Army of North and The Vale, the Dothrakis should charge in from both sides, surrounding the Army of Dead. Then all melee units should counter-charge while catapult and archer volleys would weaken the back lines of the dead. This way, it could've been a much easier victory.

She had a way too easy death and to be by her loved one? Seems rushed she should have had a death like Rhaenyra Targaryen in the books. ( rhaenryra the one true queen)

Imagine if they were trapped by rubble. jamie succumbs to his wounds and she has to slowly die while being stuck there with jamies corpse the same as she did to ellaria sand.

Despite the anticlimatic death, it goes well with the "valonquar prophecy" by Maggy the Frog: A fairer queen will dethrone her, take everything dearest to her, and in tears, the valonquar (High Valyrian for younger brother) will kill her in his white arms. The prophecy never said who would kill her, either Jaime or Tyrion. Jaime was born after her, and he was captain of the Kingsguard, white being the color.

They would’ve made it out alive if they’d gone out the front gates and used the route Jamie came through to get out. Literally no one was watching out for them, the whole city was on fire, they would’ve made it out 🙄

Honestly? I feel a lot of people would've forgiven a lot of Season 8 if Jaime had killed Cersei and not just some bricks.
