Love your videos
My grandma did this to cool her coffee.
Did she put eggs in that ?
so my mom did a little twist on this....yes, always White Lily Buttermilk cornmeal but she would 1) pour (carefully) a bit of the hot oil into the batter and stir before pouring into the skillet, maybe to get rid of excess and 2) sprinkle a bit of cornmeal on the bottom of the pan in the hot oil to give that crust something to set on. Also, a friend told me her mom would set the skillet with the wet cornmeal on the top of the stove eye for about a minute to "cook" that bottom and make a really crunchy crust. So good.
Did you change the name of your cooking page

Yummy! Thanks for sharing your delicious recipe to make Cornbread Dressing. ❤❤
The dog is waiting for his piece!
Ran across your video today on Red velvet cake with Ermine frosting. My very favorite. My aunt would make this back in the 70’s. One of the famous places that initially served it was the famous Waldorf Astoria Hotel in NY. It became quite popular but most people didnt know the recipe. It wasnt something that was readily available it seems. The Ermine frosting was the signature frosting for-the red velvet cake. Long before folks started using cream cheese frosting. The cooked frosting has just the right amount of sweetness and not the heavy amount like cream cheese frosting has. Both are good but i think the cooked one is best. Love your videos and your powerful singing videos as well.
Have a blessed day
Sorghum is processed longer than black molasses. It's why Sorghum has a little stronger taste.
Missy Jones, my cell phone died three months ago and I can’t get any of your new post on UA-cam. Nor any updates on your new house and move, etc. Have a blessed day.💕🙏

Did you clean the chicken? I’m only asking because of the yellow part did you not peel it off? Over all looks seasoned to perfection
Ok I have a question..I tried using Cisco for frying chicken and as the chicken was drying from coming out of the oil, I could taste like a greasy film on the chicken?! What am I doing wrong, and has anyone ever experienced this?!
I made this cake this weekend, and we enjoyed it so much, but I added a 1/4 cup more of sugar, and I added 1 teaspoon EACH of cinnamon, ginger, and clove, I took it to a church dinner, and it was well received, but think next time I will add some applesauce to make more moist. This is just an add on idea, thought you might like to try. It was delicious! Stella Love your channel.❤

My grandad was from Alabama & he used to make us this chocolate sauce over biscuits. We called em chocolate and biscuits. He also used water which I prefer, the milk makes it too heavy. It should be light yet full of chocolate flavor. Unfortunately my grandad never measured either and I've never been able to make it. Thank you for sharing!!
Dressing is my favorite thing for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. We put celery, stock, giblets cut up of the turkey or chicken and onion in our dressing with salt and pepper, and maybe a little spice of some kind.
