I live and work in Jamaica. I don’t wear expensive jewelry, handbags and electronics. I almost had my work phone stolen from me a few weeks ago and all I was doing was jogging. I’m always on high alert. Be safe.

They will give you High Blood Pressure, Gout , Cancer, Diabetes and other sickness, because of the garbage that is in their meats Eat only fishes that have FINS and SCALES .
