ı have a question about set up after assembly did you set up or check after assembly ? ı use 26-200 series and ı chanced repair kit but pressure is not working rightly

I would not take the seat out like that if you want to re-use that seat retainer. You can see at 6:00 the scratches that it made on the inside of the hole. Use a tap, screw it into the seat a turn or two and pull, no damage except for the seat which your probably going to replace anyway.

Multiple things you did wrong in assembling this. 1. You should blow off the seat before installing to remove particles. 2. Hold the valve assembly straight up and down while screwing in the seat retainer, this keeps the seat straight so it doesn't fall into the valve assembly and you smash it when you torque. Also, DO NOT put valve assembly into body dry like this unless that is specifically what you want to do. Always use some type of lubricant according to what temps and chemicals you are running through it. 99% of times valve is installed dry it will seize and your body is shot. 3. Install 0-ring and back-up ring into the body before installing the sensor assembly, there is a groove in the body to place these. If you put them on the sensor and install there is a good chance they fall or get lopsided and you smash them when pushing down the sensor. 4. The adjusting screw was turned down a little before you screwed down the bonnet, this puts unneeded stress to try to screw bonnet down. 5. You had the small shim and the big shim reversed, big shim goes on the bottom of the lubed washer in the middle. Strange you called this a 44-11 as well seeing that this is a 26-10 body without a mod number on it so. Your welcome

Is there a need to calibrate these regulators. I calibrate the guages installed on it. I want to know about the regulators calibration itself.
