I just reviewed your polar charts for the KSM8 and am confused, Benefit number 3: linear polar response is not what is depicted. There are significant frequency dependent off axis variations: 9kHz @ 60 degrees, 2.5kHz @ 90 degrees, 6.4kHz @ 30, 60, & 90 degrees. It doesn’t appear significantly better than the Nexadyne performance. It does have a flatter frequency response up to 10 kHz so should sound more natural with less EQ required. Might be better for vocal recording but does lack air frequencies.

@shurecreators hi there! I have a SM58. It’s currently plugged into a F998 sound card that I got from Walmart. It has added sound effects for my streaming. However, I can’t seem to get the mic to not go in and out or clipping if that’s what it’s called. Any advice? :( Thank you <3

Great information, thanks a lot. I consider a small diaphragm Mic for producing an audiobook. I was yesterday in a studio and gave it a try. It sounded very good to my ears. Somehow, a big diaphragm seems to be more difficult to handle. What's your take on using small diaphragm for dialogue##ß

After you lock out the settings in the app, can you use the setup with another computer or phone and the settings are still baked in?

What should be the gain setting for recording interviews in a crowded environment, like a trade show? I recently used the microphones at an event, the audio quality was very bad. The mic picked all the surrounding noise and the speaker's voice was muffled due to that. No amount of audio cleaning could solve the background noise issue.

Sounds great, but i think that pick-up a lot of room noise and tone in my opinion.

I'm using a senh e945. Who does it compare? Any chance of trying it out? I'm a singer who sings a various styles of vocal including loud high ranged notes. I do really like the punch of the sm57 beta really very nice for live, and have the capsule nearer you can get much more out of the proximity effect too. But very nice to see a new mic from sure for live vocals.. Cheers 👍😎💭
