When you have exciting Fall renovation plans in mind, you always picture the perfect timing for every step, but then you face a cruel reality, Mother Nature!
The intense end of July rain hasn't allowed me to start the killing process of my reno, which I finally did a week ago so, in the meantime, I just wanted to share with you my last mow before the Glyphosate application, including reel mowing the future putting green with the 7-blade Earthwise. Basically, some rock music, a guy mowing, and a few explanations and jokes along the way.
I hope you enjoy it and I hope I can start the renovation soon and start uploading proper epic renovation videos.

How heavy was the roller?
So I have a quick answer for you viewers, This is a good thing to do ‘Once’ every year on a specific time of day and year… The reason is because this is done for large lawns acres of lawn and when you are on a riding mower it can be very sore and bad for yourself if your lawn is bumpy or shifty. This is a good thing to do once it rains or watered and is for big yards preferably. Or you can do this when it dries but don’t mow for a few days until it gets real long then cut accordingly to measurements and keep those lines straight.

My prpperty has a 70 year old septic field. About 15 years ago I connected to my city's sewer sytem and terminated using my septic system/field. Since then my unused septic field has developed several big holes (many 8+ inches deep and wide). In essence, cutting my grass has become somewhat dangerious with risk of injury. So, this spring I will pull out my Wacker plate compactor and try to level my lawn. Over the past few years, I have put many yards of soil on these problem areas with little if any imprvement and now feel like compaction is my last resort. Nice video and I really like your compactor!

Love my little reel mower. I can start mowing at 8:30 PM and not upset anybody with the noise of a lawnmower, plus I'm in Texas it's too daYm hot to mow when the sun's up.
Totally agreed! I just got the 7-blade Earthwise a month ago and it gives me total freedom to mow whenever I wish, plus the great quality of cut, compared to a regular rotary mower... I can imagine how hard it must be mowing there in Texas, what grass type you got?
Love the videos….I live in upstate NY and already started my renovation for my putting green front yard. Using RPR and I did some testing I had it as low as a quarter inch. Hope it survives our winters

As soon as you do the soil test you will see what your lawn is needing. The lawn looks good for the first time seeding it. The fall will be better.
