I’ve had mine with exactly issues and had them both replaced new … and the issue did come back! So mad. Mine now has no more warranty. So I guess I will have to pay if need replacement.

That is a bummer Nguyen Van Quoc. I'd check with Apple Support regardless. Mine were off warranty and they replaced them due to the hardware issues.

Thanks for posting this. A good clean usually helps get it working again. This even happens occasionally with AirPod Pros, but after a good clean with Q-Tips and alcohol they work fine.

my left one stops working a lot and for me the only way to fix them is by forgetting the device and holding down the back button until “not your airpods” message comes up. then i just follow the instructions on my phone and then mine both work again.

2:26 What I do is secure a ladder to the roof by using a bungee around the ladder and attach it to the gutter. Without stabilizers or a bungee, the ladder can fall down if a wind gust comes along. So Always use stand offs (stabilizers) too so the ladder is stabilized and not just sitting against the gutter.

@@williamrking3 yes thanks, but i mean if you are on the first roof putting a ladder up on to the second roof and the ladder bottom is on the first roof and that is sloped and on the shingles . Hope i am explaining it right ? LOL

@@tomhall3175 Okay I get what you mean now. Yeah that’s tricky and can be high risk, so be extra careful/cautious. Definitely secure the top to the gutter with a strong bungee. I would only do that if the lower roof is asphalt shingles and a very gradual slope. Ensure there’s no way the legs will slip or slide and if that’s not possible then do not attempt. Your life is more important than earning a few bucks. If the customer doesn’t understand then that’s likely not someone you want to work for anyways.

Okay thanks i will keep that in mind. I guess only if there is another way around the house to acess the higher roof, a person could do it from on top of the roof with a life line. Thank you so much for your info. I havent started but making a deal on a ford cargo van ,and really looking into this buisness. There are a lot of trees iin my city so that means clogged gutters lol. I live here in Vancouver Canada, it might snow only 2 times in the winter so can work all year long..........Thanks again !

It depends on how many floors up you are willing to work. For 2-story houses, a 24’ or 28’ extension ladder will do & a 17’ or 21’ articulating ladder for lower stuff will work fine. To reach 3-floors you’ll need a 32’ ladder. If you’re not familiar with ladder work, you may want to take a ladder safety course or make sure you know the basic safety procedures.
