Mike talking about non training stuff is almost always more interesting, training is simple, there is just not that much to talk about.

@@PrimeMatt, that is precisely why I intended the chat to head in this direction. He has a thousand podcasts and shorts discussing those topics. However, when you get a man at his level on your platform with such a rich history and broad perspective, it's almost insulting to keep it pigeon-holed into one tiny focal point. I genuinely believe the range and background allowed me to explore more of Mike than just sets and reps!

Free Market Capitalism + good limited government = superior for sure
