I see vision and passion working together: With vision you see your passion. But - - how do you find that passion? That is the hardest part for me. I am interested in a lot of things but to pick one out and say I am passionate about THAT just doesn't work. How did you find out what it was that you were so passion about that you were able to dedicate yourself to it and build upon it every day of your life. Thanks Sara!

Lead with your head, and your heart will follow.

"It's not personal, it's business" is so easy to say but especially in SMEs hard to live by when facing challenges. The reframe of 'what's in the best interests of the company?' is really helpful Sara for both the small and big issues we can take personally. We're a small, independent business of five team members at GiftRound and this was a particularly useful topic to cover, thank you 🙏

Thanks Sara. Someone once said, "It doesn't matter what type of business you're in, if you employ 1 person or 1,000, you're in the business of managing people!" I'd love another video expanding on this one. I find recruiting the biggest challenge. Managing that gap when someone leaves to finding a decent replacement is very tricky. We don't have surplus staff and therefore it usually results in me trying to do far too much and fill in, leaving other areas of the business that I should be focusing on to suffer.

This is so true... Nowadays, I can see how recruitment has been changing to what are your values then what are your skills. This is more based what you as a person wil react to a certain environment , as well as the skills will compliment that. However, Skills can be teach, recruiters are more interested now how you can fit (interpersonal relashionships) to the busioness rather then what can you bring in skills to the business. I believe the best key would be present ourselves as we are first values and aims in future. Then compliment with our skills! Thanks so much for this LIVE experience Sara, on my future expericnes and leading project I will make sure I will look to "get the rigth peg SHAPE" ! Interesting is I read this weelk "Motivate to Win By RICHAR DENNY" He explains exaclty the same thing!!
