So glad I took a chance on checking out this video. I am interested in growing my own mushrooms here in the states. BTW, please change the name of your channel. Utilizing the growing mushroom theme would greatly increase the number of people stopping by. A lot of people are beginning to grow their own gourmet mushrooms. They would not be able to find you and your information under this present title. We are blessed to have a little acreage and found a couple of years ago that Lion's Mane mushrooms are growing on the property. They are so delicious! Reminds me of seafood when just sliced, fried in a little butter and lightly salted. God bless your efforts!!

Great report. Liked what Jay Leno said to Kip about the future of car restoration, as automotive technology has advanced so much. He wonders whether future cars will be able to be restored? I hope the restoration technology keeps pace and our skills and technology base in Australia keeps pace.
