I have been going through this for over 9 years by toxic and abusive relatives day and not and haven't been able to maintain a job and I'm on medication behind the abuse have been in mental hospitals over 7 times and put in the hospital over twice due to overdose. These people intentionally got off doing the abuse and hacked my phone and the threats to. They have gaslight me and try to make it as if it was something else and I was tripping on going crazy due to drugs and not the abuse. I have also had them use others to threaten me with loss of work because i cut them off and refuse to go around these people. Sad thing os these evil group they are so entertained and all the abuse for years is nothing to these people. As a matter of fact it was fun an enjoyable to these abusers. It also led to an ending of a marriage they would even abuse me even further if i got angry behind the abuse or didn't accept the fake apology and allow them to tell me what to do. Everything they did was intended for evil. They will deny to others that it even happened. They have also claimed that i need them the abusers and even blame they're abuse on my ex as well that he put them up to it which is a lie I'm not in a car because they have tracked everyone against my wheel and have caused it to mess up, not start the verbal abuse is horrible I often find myself wishing i was alive because these people and I feel so alone and unheard people know about it yet because this group of toxic relatives laughs about it then manipulate others as if i was in agreement with a game nothing has been done period. It's been hell then they try to shame me but it doesn't work for not loving these people, caring to see these people and do whatever i can to get the cash to get a lawyer to have the technology and the which is the way they are able to cause alot of damage to me and for years. This is a crime. I got charged with a felony for losing my mind and becoming so overwhelmed with thier abuse and attacks that i ran my car into the building and nothing was even done to these people they was protected and the law new it.

Hallucinations (mainly auditory) is a big thing for me when I’m struggling with stressful situations That then sets off the self harming as that usually shuts it up for a bit It doesn’t work anymore tho and I’m still self harming hoping it’ll all go away I do often reach out for help but the Drs don’t really know what to do with me I’ve been passed around so many different organisations Every time I answer the phone it’s for another appointment with a different group of doctors etc It’s never ending I’ve been sectioned under the mental health act 4 times in the space of 18 months and spent 7 months admitted at one time It didn’t stop me doing what I was doing, my brain never switches off Locking me away won’t stop that

I am very difficult too read I don’t go into acute crises very often every few years starting in my 30’s, very extreme life change, I have great insight to my emotions which makes Drs think I’m safe to ignore in a rare crisis, hate myself I would rather be not seen & pain hidden x😢

I had sex with a girl without a condom during the night, the next morning we did a test and I found out that she has HIV, then I started with PEP 11 hours after exposure, I am very sorry and afraid that PEP does not work. Today is the 7th day with PEP and I promise to come back to update you with my results. Has anyone here been through a similar situation? If yes, how did it end?

As I was growing up I also had learning difficulties, strangely it was the Catholic schools that loved nurtured and educated me, see I wa a child being treated with dignity and respect unlike the secular school I had attended!

Not every one with eupd self harms for "attention" there are many that self harm in secret for fear of uneducated judgement and stigma and and can be dangerous because the the person with the eupd instead of getting better becomes worse and will come to crisis point and even needing hospitalisation.

The hardest part is after a while you become afraid to get just thrown in a psych ward if you try to communicate your distress because that's the only way you know how to do it when you're in that heightened state.

I have a feeling I only like people with ASPD. I’m not diagnosed and it is hard to say what it is when the cluster B personality disorders symptoms all overlap, and then there is the ‘is it ASPD, or autism’ question. Normal people suck though. You have to have a certain level of childhood trauma to be tolerable.

I feel like the unexplored treatment for aspd would be psychedelics or psychotropic drugs entheogens . In that ,it confronts the ego and perception as well as allowing some people to derive metaphorical interpretations of complex behaviours and thoughts .
