I saw them twice in concert in '77 once at Toledo Sports Arena and Ohio State Fair, same day Elvis Presley died. I was in front row and ran up to the stage , the guards grabbed me but let me up to the stage with my hand reaching up , Les bent down and grabbed my hand after that I was instantly escorted backstage and missed the rest of the show. I had a Hugh crush on Woody so it's still a mystery to me why I ran towards Les and not Woody! Lol. Still a great memory! Rip Les

Great installment and fun memories! I remember seeing Fear’s out of control appearance on SNL. On the Plasmatics first trip to LA I met and hung out with a very cool and down to earth Derf Scratch, R.I.P. I think John Cale summed it up best, “Hey, Fear is a man’s best friend”!
