7 inch Carplay screen (T86MP5) from AliExpress
I have bought this screen on AliExpress from seller Podofo. It looks brandless, so does anybody know who the manufacturer is? I would like to do some firmware suggestions. The box of this screen has a sticker with model number A3135 and the instruction manual says T86MP5.
Except for the firmware, I am fairly satisfied with this screen. My favorite navigation app (in my region) is Waze in combination with Flitsmeister notifications. To play music I use Spotify, Apple Podcasts and TuneIn Radio.
Please contact me if you are a developer of this firmware or have better firmware available to hide the overlay button in Carplay! I now have version 20230223 and configuration M45_CPAPAAMC_V200B.

I have bought this screen on AliExpress. I think it's a nice screen in this price range, but the overlay button in Carplay is very annoying and there is no option to hide it? You can change the location of this button, but after a reboot it's again on the standard location in the right top corner. I saw some screenshots from other users and with Android Auto this overlay button is also visible....

Wat is de oplossing voor dit GPS probleem? Wat ik al geprobeerd heb: - Externe GPS antenne - Andere GPS module - Alle kabels gecontroleerd - Lens van DVD unit gereinigd - Update naar de nieuwste 2015/2016 kaarten - Laatste RTI firmware Edit: De auto is inmiddels niet meer in mijn bezit. Ik heb dit probleem helaas nooit kunnen oplossen.
