That thing is spittin' shells FAR !!! Noice !
Does increasing spring stiffness and or increased weight to the buffer help to reduce felt recoil in heavier recoiling cartridge choices like the 50 beowolf? Ive been told I should use H3 buffer.
I have the sd version. can i remove the collapsing stock and put on a solid stock from a real mp5?
That was great. Thank you!
Lol i had one of these like 11 years ago. This is not like new release.
Not helpful at all.....
I have a 308 spring and 13 Oz buffer in a FM 45. And it works absolutely fantastic.
Prices are very high and some of the gun/shooting experts, coaches, whatever, are amateurs.
My buddy just told me about damage industries, because I need to stock up on various AR replacement parts. So far it looks like decent mechanical parts!
What buffer and spring would you use with a 7.5in AR Pistol.?
Unlawful Assembly 🚫 Free Speech 🚫
I've had the SD model for a decade or so. The gun doesn't field strip very far, so it's more work to clean it than somethibg like an AR. The gun has always run really well. It's a fun plinker.
so much epic fail here
Cheep, overpriced, shitty triggers and made by a airsoft and pellet gun company.
Hi
Can the springs help with an over gassed AR?
Not dwell time…dwell time is the amount of time the gas is acting on your bolt, yes, the longer the bullet is in the barrel, the longer the gas is affecting your gas system. I know, a lot of people don’t really understand the physics…
Where is your shop's in the Bronx NY
What is the name of the range tool you show in this video? We're can I get one? Thanks
The "Gun Tool Amp" Multi-tool Carry Kit by "Real Avid"? Looks like it's $70 for any one else curious what it was.

If I lost my form from my LTC class after I completed it an I found it 2yr later can I still file it to Get my LTC License or would I just have to take the class again
I believe it’s only valid for 1 year
Thanks for the Video👍. New Subscriber. Cheers🙏
Great vid. Thank for explaining the colors
i luv it, i need a bigger clip, ten rounds in like 5 seconds aint shit.
You now have the responsibility to fight enemies...good luck... 😂
7.5 inch 556 with suppressor. I’m looking at H3 and a red spring correct?
Can I buy an upper for either of them?
Great gun, fun to shoot. Being 22lr, it's a cheap day at the range with the buddies.
don't have this but am very interested in purchasing ...
ended up ordering mine online did my background check and got delayed by the ATF :(
As of now those both have to get registered with thease stupid laws
What is with the background BS noise, good grief
Caleb, can you elaborate on the kinds of problems you would see with a mistuning -- for example having an inadequate spring/weight combo, or too heavy a combo? Like if you had a proper functioning carbine and you decided to add an NFA suppressor, I understand that this would effectively make the dwell time longer, but how would that affect the gas system as is? What would happen because of that? Would the recoil just be harder? Would the weapon not function at all? And how would you address it? Heavier buffer? Heavier spring? Both?
Adding most suppressors (the exception being flow through style) without increasing buffer weight is going to lead to an increase in felt recoil and a highly accelerated rate of wear on the inner components of your rifle. For example on my Daniel Defense mk18 (10.3 inch barrel, carbine length gas system) will shoot great unsuppressed using a standard spring and H2 buffer, but running a suppressor I can still use the H2 but it is much nicer with an H3. Keep in mind that the type of ammo you are choosing to use is going to have an effect as well, full power 62 grain 556 creates a lot more back pressure than the less expensive steel cased 223 will. It may be worth browsing some forums and finding people using the same barrel length and gas system and see what they have success with.
Something that was missed from this video is that image of the ejection angle graph. A short stroking gun (not enough BCG speed) jams. An extremely fast moving BCG can also jam, but primarily is a negative because it creates more felt recoil and wears your parts down faster. A properly functioning AR15 will ideally eject brass at 4:00 - directly to your right and slightly behind you. If you took that rifle and put a can on it, it would likely eject brass at a 2:00 angle for example. This is the result of a fast moving BCG. This is when you’d take these springs (given you don’t have an adjustable gas setting of some kind) and use it slow down the BCG at the buffer.
Also as for your last question, you could use both a spring and buffer, or just either or. Sprinco actually recommends a heavier spring and lighter buffer combo but your mileage may vary.
Don’t do it
A moment of silence for all the questions in the comments that haven’t gotten a response…✊
There is no suppressor for the SD model. The fake suppressor threads onto the muzzle and tensions the pencil thin barrel to keep it straight while shooting.
You don’t have any 308’s out there….any particular reason not to shoot that caliber? I’ve had several one shot & down kills with it and also using Hornady Match 168G rounds. Just curious….
No particular reason we did not showcase the caliber. .308 is a tried-and-trued caliber that has had its time in the spot light for many hunters. We always recommend a .308 for its precision, accuracy, and ammo type variations. However, new calibers are coming to the market with great ballistic technology that shooters of all types can benefit from!

Both
i have a SBR that doesn't need any papers. AEA HP MAX 50
These guys are trying to sell the product. I want to hear customer reviews..
Do you have to be local to win?
I have a 10.5" carbine gas ar, got an H3 buffer and my ejection is right at 4 o clock so it's perfect but I've been having issues with the bolt not having enough oomph to strip the next round. Do you think a stiffer spring would help? I just ordered a Sprinco red spring, do you think I will need to adjust my buffer weight after switching to the sprinco red?
Try the SpringCo Blue spring
@@stephen_crumley turns out I had some burrs on my feed ramps, works fine now. I did get a Sprinco Red Spring, going to use it with my Odon Works Adjustable Heavy Buffer to fine tune the cyclic rate on my extremely overgassed 10.5" psa with the WOT
@@rickymedina7563 Make sure you break the gun in with at least 200 rounds. Mine wouldn't cycle steel until I made it to 150 rounds, or so.
I was thinking bouta getting the h2 buffer for psa 10.5 556 you think I should get another spring as well? Or think the h2 with stock spring would do?
If you want an example of just how STUPID and convoluted our nation's gun laws are, look no further. Two weapons that are nearly identical except that one has a stock and the other a brace, so the one with a stock is considered a "short barreled rifle" which is HIGHLY taxed and regulated by the Feds, while the other has a brace and the Feds could care less about it. Can't help but wonder how many people have bought an AR pistol and then simply put a stock on it without informing the Feds. Not that I would ever do that, of course.........
, I have a question, I have a misdemeanor in California like 4 years ago for possession of metal knuckles yeah I know crazy for that charge to even happen , I got no jail time just a probation not to carry any weapons for 3 years I passed it all no problem, I got my guard card out there in California also so I passed the fbi for that , would that affect me out here ? My background is under review
Those are nice, got my eye on SD version just wish they had top mounted picitanny rail.
I added a red dot, tac light with pressure switch, and 5mw green laser.
2 minute Tuesday my wife's favorite day 😆
Can one install a silencer/suppressor on a AR-15 pistol?
Yes you can.
That rifle is just Cooooool, WooW
