I believe there was a drop outside the window and nothing to climb, so I'm not sure. Honestly Slovenia is one of the best countries I have been to and I want to go back, I really loved it. Well, it might be just a person, ofc, but it's a little weird that he's not making any noises as he's climbing down while your footsteps can be heard loud and clear. You would expect to hear rocks falling, boots against the wall and such noises coming from him, but there's nothing like that to be heard and it's even more strange since you said that there's nothing to climb below the window, so it looks a bit eerie, but, like I said, it might be nothing more than another visitor to the ruins caught from an angle that simply makes him look out of place, so there's probably nothing paranormal about it... But still, his movement looks a bit off to me, especially since he's moving so silently and because there's nothing to walk or climb below the window as you said... Do you believe in ghosts? I do, but I won't be talking about that right now haha - I'm just asking if you believe in these things or not and if you think that you might have captured a ghost. 👻🙂 Anyway, I'm glad that you enjoyed your time in Slovenia and that you might have captured something paranormal here hehe, so I'm looking forward to see another video from you filmed here. 😉 I'm from Savinja Valley (Savinjska Dolina), btw, or, more specifically, from Upper Savinja Valley (Zgornja Savinjska Dolina), so I would suggest that you visit it next - I'm sure you're going to like it here. You should take a ride on a gondola to Golte mountain and take a walk around there to take in some beautiful views, and you should also visit Logar Valley (Logarska Dolina), which is the most North-Western part of Upper Savinja Valley.
