Baldur's Gate 1 has plenty of decent weapons: Ashideena warhammer +2 (electricity) (get it by defeating Bassilus) Varscona longsword +2 (ice) (defeat greywolf near nashkel mines) Dagger of Venom (buy from thunderhammer smith) Spider's Bane two-handed sword +2 (free action) (defeat that weird spider lady in cloakwood) if you take down drizzt, of course he's got some +3 scimitars, otherwise there is a +2 scimitar, +3 two handed sword, and a staff of striking at durlag's tower if you have the Tales of the Sword Coast expansion.

How do I deal with the vampires in Baldurs Gate 2? I was playing the game, completing quests, and having fun. Until nightfall in Baldurs Gate, I ran into some vampires, and it seems my magic weapons do nothing. im stuck

I've played this game since it came out so there wasn't anything that was new to me but kudos on a great guide to new players! Really well structured, got into enough info to get a headstart but never delved into tedium, as some guides can do! And it's great to see some love for the best CRPG ever :D

I like the way the beam weapons used to act - fading in and out and being instantaneous as opposed to the moving trail style they have now. Not only is it more realistic, but with debris from big battles and/or asteroids the current ones can be kind of a pain.

your army stronger than theys its not matter

well done. You'll be able to do the same with higher difficulty settings - get a good shield wall going a bit forward to draw their attention while your bow cut them down! It's a good game but the AI can be drawn into traps - you will be able to handle higher odds than that and it feels good to face down foes like that. Get a few spear on your flanks to help against their cav.

You had High tier and they had recruits without shields and peasants with forks
