Hi, these units come with 5 amp plugs, they are European so no earth pin but can be used in India sockets with ease only if you have modular socket the earth pin have to be press to open the live and neutral socket mouth. Hope this is helpful. Cheers, Amit

The common sense here says if we use any acid or basic chemicals then after use clean the container with clean water and dry the surface properly. May be for you the container is good but unfortunately mine did not for all the three I used and one replaced by the company being under warranty. So my preference is the plastic bottom works without any issues. 👌✌️

HI, Absolutely it can work without a bag but at bargain - a. the filter should be replaced / cleaned at a regular interval b. in case of dirt slipping through to the motor it may malfunction. @@AftabAmanullah Good Day to you. this should be enough for sofa or any upholstery deep cleaning. It is advised to have the nozzle section which are 4 - 5 inches in width the cleaning with such attachment is the best and the suction is better. There are few imported brands also available but then they are more suited for numatic cleaning. Such is one brand that I have from Henry but I did not demonstrate those as not suited for all due to the price. Hope this helps, in case any other clarifications feel free to call on me. Ya aman digunakan untuk durasi lama tapi menurut saya penyedot debu saat membersihkan digunakan dalam durasi kecil. pembersihan akan baik dan mesin tidak akan habis. Saya menjalankannya lebih dari 15 menit terkadang tidak ada masalah tetapi kemudian setelah memanas tetapi tidak pernah mengalami masalah saat digunakan lebih dari 30-45 menit saat pembersihan bengkel. Now let me answer your question - Yes you can get the accessories for your EuroClean too. the model number you use would have helped me to be specific but if you search for Euroclean Vacuum Clearer (Model Name) Accessories you will get the full list. Please try this online with Amazon or others and see the result and pick to your requirement. Do remember these accories will be after market and not OEM but they do the job as expected. Its more of a marketing strategy to bring in something new by Kranzle i believe. looking in to the Technical data sheet i don't find there is any much of a difference between 2160 or Profi 160. well i could have answered this better had i knew the purpose of this buy. Hi Van, WD50 really will not work for cleaning rust as it is a spray unit for Glass cleaning. For rust use WD40 in combination with any rust remover. Hope this helps. Best regards, Amit

Good Day to you Zantag. Sorry for his delay in response. Yes the unit can be worked without a bag but my personal advise is to use one during the Dry Vac as in any case during the Wet Vac the bags are taken off. The reason being during Dry Vac all possibility is that the dust will encampus and spoil the filters very fast with a bag you will have that protection and the filter will work for a longer duration. Hi Dr. Kumar, Good Day to you. at the outset my sincere apologies for this delay in reply. Actually wanted to be sure by using the unit and checking if any air thats coing out of the filter cervices. I tried it out but it is only from the blower hole that the air comes out and nothing noticible from the crevices of the filter in WD5. Well whats it is throwing out is very slight and negligible so i would say open the lid for the filter place it again and close it securely if that solves otherwise we will catch-up over the video call and look for a possible solution. I am sure by now you have made the purchase but still I thought why not respond back to you. Sir you can go for WD3 Standard that's capable enough to get your job done at home. WD5 the capacilty is more and the power of suction is bit more with a technology that is bit advanced and patented. We have both as we need them for several other purpose but for home (size 2000 /sqft) my preferred choice is WD3 works very good. Hope this help, bst regards, Amit

hi Shanthi, Sorry for this delay in reply. Truly speaking i have not used any of the Agaro product may be have seen during demonstration so will not be justified for me to comment on it. Karcher happens to still provide a germany make motor which is powerful, durable, simple in design and lastly is universal vac whihc means the connectors are universal as like any european model so i just stick to it. I am sorry i could not be of much help to you in regards to the agaro comparison. Hi Avik, Sorry for this delay in reply. Well, there are mainly four reason of reduced suction - 1. filter is clogged which you said you have cleaned thoroughly 2. The Bag being full which again you said you have replaced with a new one 3. The brush gets clogged with hair, debris of other please do check that and last but not the least the 4. is the suction tube sometime the debris get stuck inside causing issues to suction? In case all of these are being taken care then as your machine is under warranty, I will suggest take it to the service station to get the unit replaced. I think I did comment in one of my video's Euroclean WD X2 is good but I am more inclined to Germany technology what is made available in India at least the motor head is from Romania. I am not sure of others but the Standard Version of WD5 is working for me more than 10 years now and of course the recent versions which i purchased from other sources. It has been reliable with power, quality, support and maintenance. I have only one grievance in regards to the steel canaster otherwise the standard unit is GOOD. Hope this helps.
