- Опубліковано 28 лис 2024
- Steam Cleaning is the fastest mode of cleaning a car whether Exterior or Interior. There is no or very very less residue as the steam evaporates and mixes in the air. This kills Germs, removes stubborn stains, gives an excellent finish to the surface's, and above all Ecological as there is no use of chemicals.
The entire process of cleaning was done with Optima XD Machine and Micro Fibre from Rag Company.
Hope you liked it.
In case of any further questions or clarifications please feel free to write to me or call on me.

Hello Amit jee,I m Satpal Verma from Punjab,we are going to start this washing technology in Punjab soon. But we are starting it in a doorstep washing in a customised vehicle.Wiould it work or we should change our plans ?
Dear Satpal Bhai Saheb, Good Day to you.
This is going to work definitely but in India the concept has not been accepted people wants "Pani ka Dhulai 😉😀😂🤣😊.
I use the steam on the cars which has dust or less dirt on the surface but is a must for the engine bay cleaning and interiors it does a fantastic job. During this Covid period, this has been mostly used for cleaning inside the ambulance.
As you are starting your new enterprise, i would suggest take a market survey of Punjab and then buy the unit.
There are quite a number of Pros of this unit like rather cannot mention much cons
1. Less Water consumption but required RO TDS

Sorry for this delay in reply.

Piyush Sir Ji, all this is only because of you!!! had you not provided me with this piece of engineering then I couldn't have done what I am doing & enjoying today.
Sir ji, believe me this is the machine for regular maintenance, whether exterior or interior of car, but that not all, i am now waiting for the understanding that India (my country) needs to understand and get exposure towards "Eco Cleaning" of Home, Cars & bike, Hospital, Kitchen, artifacts, Historical monuments and others. The is a complete SHEQ (Safety Health Environment and Quality) Solution. Soon you will find many coming back to you for solution to clear just with STEAM. Non other than Optima Steam Clean.

@@the_saint4928 Hello Saint Bhai,
Great to hear that you are thinking of making Detailing as your profession. I am not quite sure about your budget but you can start small and grow big. In principle you 1. require a good sturdy pressure washer 2. few cleaning and detailing tools like brushes, microfibre towels, compounding and polishing towels, drying towels, few buckets, grid guard, good quality Mitt and lastly a good rotary or a DA Polisher with compound and polishes of a good company. 3. coatings like Ceramic or Graphite are extra as per client requirements. Well to start small amy be you will have to invest close to 100K, if big sky is the limit.
Hope that help if not and still you have further clarification please feel free to call on me.
cheers, Amit
Dude you are scratching the paint of the car. Well you need to refer my videos for guidance. Simultaneously wiping it with a cloth will create love marks on it. It's better you pressure wash it after steam cleaning exterior, rather than wiping and grinding that stuff onto paint. Microfiber doesn't 100% prevent scratches..be perfect yourself first then asking someone for reference of your videos..that was funny tho.
Dear Harmit,
Thank you and appreciate your comments, also for your time.
I understand where you are coming from, but Optima is a different ball game. whether we clean the interior, engine or exterior with a 120 psi and dry or wet steam the love mark will never get induced on the surface. I will explain the reason why - there is force of 120 psi and the steam that removes the dust and the embedded contamination completely from the surface, So, what you wipe is the excess residue of the steam. Secondly, the cloths we use are different from what a Microfibers say what you get from RAG company or others. So, there is no question of even love marks or grinding of the clear coated surface as you mentioned. Have you ever used ONR? If yes, then this works in the same principle of wiping and cleaning of the surface. You have 8 sides to a cloth use each to a wipe. Go panel by panel with multiple towels why then will you hurt the paint. 😊
I should add in here it does takes practice, patience, understanding of the surface, condition of the embedded impurities and above all experience to do the job. Last but not the least, I should add on one more aspect, this is a complete ECOLOGICAL Cleaning by avoiding WATER wastage and use of HARSH Chemicals whether soap, degreaser etc., while cleaning the car. I do maintenance steam cleaning of my SUV with just 10-15 Liters of RO water. Do take a trip around the world as to know what’s happening worldwide - the Trend and Approach will be clear to you. This is very much in all Detailer's Arsenal.
I know we in India are never exposed to such technologies or we misinterpret things without getting into the depth and details or rather misunderstanding technology. But believe me once you try yourself you will love the result it produces. 5 years back when I saw this in Korea, I had the same view as like you but moment I experienced the result I made it a point that I should have this machine in my arsenal too.
At this point of time getting my studio ready which eventually will take me time but for the time being I thought why not bring the knowledge and experience back to you all from home. 😊
Cheers, hope to catch-up with you soon, Amit
@@68works96 well I have been around the world and met people who charge $100 an hour at least for a paint correction and polishing. you follow the advice of worlds top detailers, they never recommend using any type of steamer on exterior. It can create marks even if you leave a spec of dust on your hitech rag made of gold on a painted surface 🤣. It's always recommended to wash the car by two bucket method and foam wash with pressure washer. How many golden rags will you need to clean a car with eight fold science and can you be sure to count 100s of folds without grinding that dust on the paint.
Have you ever heard or used clay bar, you can never remove embedded contaminants with 120psi. How will you clean the underbody of a car. Obviously you cant do it without ample water and about 120bar pressure. Well about Korea and Optima, it's all a marketing thingi. Find a top detailer using this on a painted surface. But yes it does wonders on interior and engine bay. I am using this machine for years now. Seen it all. Every technology has a pros and cons. It's a wow factor for people who never saw this machine, but for western detailers its just a machine which can help clean interior of a car. Any ways best of luck for your studio. See you soon.
@@sahni57 Dear Harmit,
Thank you for comments.
You contradicted your statement. If you say “it does miracle to the Engine Bay and Interior” then brother underbody or the exterior should be piece of cake. I will try show case one for you. 😊
Yes, when detailing for paint correction if required and if the paint is rough with embedded contamination which remains after the iron removal, then I do the Japanese method of claying the car. My question to you in where was claying 5-6 years back? That’s again is a mechanical cleaning hope you understand that, as this happens to be a technological advancement plus marketing gimmick. Do you know that claying does marring of your clearcoat? The day you understand you will avoid claying and start over again to rethink what process to use. So be careful with claying again. These are applied science so better know the subject well before you even talk about it.
Anyways, let’s discuss on the 120 psi and the steam now, the 120 psi is quite enough to take out the embedded traffic films or the dust on any surface with ample protection. If required, use of ONR, can help if the surface is super dirty. Now how many Rags/towels do I need that’s a very good question, I thought I am speaking to an expert!!! nevertheless I normally require 4-5 for the entire car excluding one used for final buffing with sealant. By the by GOLD Rags will scratch the paints please be careful. 😊
Let me also tell you Steam cleaning has a large benefit and does a job to the desired level, I know you will not agree!!! but for us whether cars, home, kitchen, ambulance, hospitals, artifacts, historical monuments we do whole lots of things and all the while in last couple of years…. “Optima Steamer” has been the solution.
Like I always say, “Do it Proper”, “Do it with Care”, I am telling you will achieve what you are looking for. I conserve water as much I can, I believe it is PRECIOUS, so for me for regular maintenance wash means - STEAM a game changer. Period!!!
So Be Shining & Be Visual !!!
You also need to watch the Kranzle Maintenance Wash, I am sure you will love it. 😊 that unlike me. 😊
So long, Amit
@@68works96 lmao thank you for teaching me science, shows where you come from. but yes this science contradicts the science world and top detailers follow. I know u won't agree because you are from a different planet altogether 😂. 4-5 rags for the entire car that means 5×8=40 folds. Guys hope you understand the science behind this. Even our science teacher will scratch his head. Make a complete video of steam cleaning a dirty car with 4-5 rags.
Science says even if u have a spec of dirt on your rag it will scratch the paint. It will work like a polish paper. Is that difficult to understand. Does that contradicts my statement. Running pressure washer is the best lubricant to remove dirt and dust or a two bucket method with foam, rather spraying with steamer and wiping all that dust into a rag. Well your statements are like you are reading books from a library. Poking some one about knowledge is best you can do even though u see videos to get them 😛
Do you understand why I spoke about clay bar. I said you cannot remove everything embedded with steam. You bought entire universe in the topic. I was just talking about painted metal surface. We do luxury cars atleat twice a week. Find a top detailer exterior steam cleaning a luxury car. I can see you don't have any yourself except science that is not science. Hope that helps. Don't forget to tag me.
And yes you are speaking to an expert. I never doubted about you after seeing your videos. 😂Well anyways take care.
@@sahni57 Dear Harmit,
At the outset my sincere apologies if my words in any form or way have hurt you or your feelings as it seems from your language.
You are an Expert! no doubt, here it is just an exchange of views. You always know better than I do PAL that my belief. I consider myself as a learner in this game, so experts like you do matter a lot to me.
If steam doesn't do what you said for a Simple Regular Maintenance Cleaning (SRMC), then it is your point of view and I cannot even change it and do not attempt to do so. As I think it is a sere waste of time for both of us.
Here strongly I believe in CONSERVATION of WATER and I limit the WASTE of the valuable. Chemicals / Soap and others pollute the environment so I try limit it as much I can… No argument on that for me. So, for regular SRMC Steam or “NO” RINSE works the best for me I achieve it within 16 liters of deionized water. Whoever says whatever I DON’T CARE.
As you mentioned pressure washer and 2 buckets is the best method, I DO AGREE but that not my way of SRMC, please mark my words.
I ONLY do when I must do cars for the purpose of correction - detailing, ceramic coating, etc., etc., or any other associated, also the client pays for the Deionized Water. Period!!!
I think I told you, do watch I have shown the maintenance wash in my Kranzle upload ua-cam.com/video/-VstRS1eces/v-deo.html.
I don’t do (kranzle Maintenance wash) regularly, may be once in a quarter, as It is waste of Gallons of water including polluting the Environmental again science for me. I mean it for me and only me. 😊
It was a pleasure chatting with you, Cheers Buddy!

the ROI with this machine is really tough.
Hi Khan bhai,
Very true. this is a niche segment people will take their own time to understand the concept, the purpose and the process. In time we did find few hospitals are adopting it for Ambulance cleaning which is good. My endeavour is to bring it to all just for the purpose of their understand and the advantage of stream cleaning. steam cleaning has unlimited applications just think and use it for the purpose. but all set and done RIO is low :)
