the music is simply HORRIBLE, I understand the adaptations but this choice is a real distortion of the original work, why? Because the original music of the anime especially those of the transformations and attacks are the most iconic and appropriate there was in sailor moon. If in the adaptations from all over the world they have not been changed unlike this one there must be a reason? Imagine the theme of Uranus and Neptune without those magnificent violins? Naaaah this adaptation is so cringe that only the Americans could do it...

On the subject of DiC vs Viz - I liked Viz for being uncut and more faithful to the Japanese original. I liked DiC for the music, so for me I guess that'd be the ultimate mash-up dub.

Whats strange about the voice actor for sailor mercurys voice is she drops the fake accent in the R movie, honestly fits really well makes me sad consitering the Viz dub tried to have ami sound similar but it just wasnt as fitting

the music when venus transforms is one of my favourites for some reason it kinda made the tone serious for me like they're going into a serious battle and we don't know if they'll make it.

I remember that I had just finished my seventh year and I would watch the Galaxy Trio, or Birdman or the Herculoids, then one day 1 June 1998 Sailor Moon came on as a surprise messing my shows 🤔 but anyways I watched Sailor Moon anyways, without loosing my new Academic year nor the summer aaaah 24 years have gone by
