Self-Care for Depression
Переглядів 44414 днів тому
Today, we’re talking about “self-care for depression.” But remember, during the acute phase of depression or when you're feeling really low, just getting through the day is an achievement. At times like that, self-care might feel impossible. All you can do is rest, eat, take your medication, and that’s okay. During these phases, it’s perfectly fine to relax, do what you enjoy, and just let go. ...
6 Characteristics of People Who can't Let Go of Their Grudges

Do you currently hold a grudge against someone? A grudge is an emotion that results from enduring painful experiences caused by someone’s cruel actions. It’s a buildup of anger, where negative feelings accumulate in your heart, eventually becoming trapped with no way out. This anger can switch between blaming others and blaming oneself, bouncing back and forth within the mind. However, even if ...
5 Traits of People with Abandonment Anxiety

When little kids can't find their mom, they get anxious and cry. It’s because they can’t depend on her or feel protected. This is what we call “separation anxiety,” a common psychological term that describes the fear of being apart from someone important. Usually, this fades as children enter elementary school. However, some people still feel this fear as adults, not toward their parents but to...
3 Things About Struggles

In the world, there are people who seem to succeed no matter what they do, and others who struggle, no matter how hard they try. Of course, we all want things to go smoothly in life, but unfortunately, life isn’t fair from the start. Some are born with talent, others with beauty, and some into wealth. It’s like a race where some people start closer to the finish line, while others have to start...
The 10 Feelings of People with Depression

Are you familiar with the term "Monday blues"? It describes the feeling of sadness that often starts on Sunday afternoon as people begin thinking about work or school. On Monday mornings, it can be hard to focus, and it usually isn’t until the evening that people start to get back into their usual routine. This isn’t an illness but rather a normal, temporary experience that everyone goes throug...
The 4 Signs of Someone Struggling with an Inferiority Complex

Ever since we were kids, we’ve been ranked and compared - in school by grades, and as adults, by education, status, income, and even appearance. When we’re doing better than others, we feel safe. But when we feel like we’re falling behind, anxiety and frustration can take over. This feeling is called an "inferiority complex." It’s what makes you feel like you’re less than others - like when you...

Very nicely explained at a micro-level. Unfortunately, that micro level has been extrapolated to a macro level, causing all types of discrimination because this "inforgiving-self" lingers around having even more "expectations" that no one on earth can fulfill and this all gets into the snowball effect of hatred the western cultures are now experiencing.....

This fits me completely. I just ask God why I have to wake up each morning. I pray I will not wake up to another day. I am at the point that I push myself to take care of my cats. To jet up each day to face yet another day. No matter how much I work there is never enough money. I find myself sitting in my beloved Saturn car and staring at the clouds rolling in a blue sky. Wishing I was one of them. To everyone out there who finds no happiness you're not alone.

I remember few years back after my wife died, I was left alone with 3 kids. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with bipolar. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment changed my life for better. I can proudly say i'm totally clean for 6 years and still counting. Always look to nature for solution to tough problems, Shrooms are phenomenal.

I love hearing great life changing stories like this. I want to become a mycologist because honestly mushrooms are the best form of medicine (most especially the psychedelic ones) There are so many people today used magic mushrooms to ween off of SSRI medication- its amazing! Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death buddy, lets be honest here.

I can not believe our world and our people shows less interest about it's helpfulness to humanity. It's love. The mushrooms heals people by showing the truth, it would be so beneficial for so many people, especially politicians and the rich who have lost their way and every other persons out there.

''Relax. Find some joy in life'' is perhaps the worst thing you can say to a depressed person. Part of depression in any form is inability to feel joy. Depressed person is always aware of that and experiences it as a personal flaw. If someone finds this in the thick of struggle, it might just push them over the edge. Great f'ing video, like 2 pounds of candy for a diabetic.

I have all six. I'm exhausted physically, mentally and spirituality. I wake up just as tired as I was before bed. My dreams are nightmares every night. The plans of my youth are so dead I don't even remember what they were. I'm pushing 60, and I have NO idea what to do next. My kindness has been repaid with CONTEMPT all my life. I don't bother anymore. I've found it better to self isolate. Less tension, heartache, drama, etc.
