I’m living there “Saudi Arabia”, I tried this method one year before, 18g coffee, 2g cardamom for double shot add tiny small amount spanish saffron. It was delicious and more flavorful.
Heavy cream by itself is actually quite good for you! Some really healthy natural fats, though mixing it with sugar isn't too healthy though.
