I'll probably be able to person saying this. But this Game is nowhere near as good or as fun. As 1 or 2 I would rather play. modern Warfare 3. Remake All over again.Then play this fake ultimate alliance over again.

This is one of the few games that actually have system link coop and is a really good game I recently played this with my wife and my cousin it’s pretty rare on Xbox 360 now goes about 30$ I think I played this one the Xbox 369

The combat is overwhelming and inconsistent. Nothing "thoughtful" about having me fight 10 enemies at once. The timing for parry is inconsistent af. I literally threw this game into a wall and watched it explode. Fuck this game. Overrated trash.

Stormcucks are just as bad as the Empire, and Lazy and stupid on top of it. Ulfric is pure vagina, pretending to be Cock.

This game was my damn childhood. Also not sure if the games invented Puffskeins and Rowling then added them to books, but she did like the knockback jinx/flipendo so much that she made it canon in the HP universe.

It sounds like expectation were not inline with what the game actually is. I suspect this is marketing problem. I used to expect RPGs to actually allow RP, but the truth is, they don't, and haven't for quite some time. I don't really blame the devs or publishers for this - It's a direct response to sales - These games sell better than RPGs. RPGs require more of the player, the games market won't really support that, or at least that's what the Publishers and Devs think. The problem is that they keep calling them RPGs when they're not. Since I'm just now playing, I can see many of the weaknesses you mention, but my expectations were different. So I'm having fun with it. I've all but given up on getting a great story, and I can't remember the last time I found a game that I'd classify as RPG - they're all Open World Action Adventure. The big question is: Is it's someone's story (Geralt of Rivia, V in Cyberpunk, or Shepard in Mass Effect) or is it our story (Skyrim, Starfield, Baldur's Gate, etc) - I think the defined character stories work better in every case. Although I still enjoy the others - often despite their known short comings - For example I never expect enjoy or even finish the main quest in a Bethesda game. In terms of Character definition - this one is okay. I've played as a wand slinger, a stealth build, and true Hufflepuff, where I relied primarily on potions & plants, and played mostly defensive. Sure there are times when you just have to go with the spell smackdown, because you can only carry 12 of each attack plant - and by the time I got to the Pensive Guardians I never had enough firepower left and stealth is just out the window.

The reason for the whole" they got the FF4 and X-men" was that companies like Capcom lost the rights to use them when MVC Infinite came out. People were shocked to see Nintendo/Team Ninja somehow got the rights to use them again. That is another reason why people were so happy to see them return in this game. I like this game overall but if you don't that is fine but it was really nice to see these guys return.

Tullius is singlehandedly responsible for more people not supporting the stormcloaks. Other than all the war casualties in general obviously, having to not alive anymore Tullius is the only part that hurts in a stormcloak victory. The avatar of Talos said it himself in Morrowind - the empire is getting old and maybe it's time for something new. That was over 200 years ago and nothing's changed. The decline of the empire is one of the main focal points of the entire series. The Medes did the best they could to hold it together but it's done. The empire will never actually end, it CAN'T sheerly because its iconography is inseparably tied to the series itself, but something has to change. A stormcloak victory may be what's necessary for the empire to realize the gravity of the situation and sort itself out. An independent Skyrim + Hammerfell (and probably High Rock) + reorganized Cyrodiil alliance is probably the best bet for surviving the next war. Atmorans annihilated the snow elves, nords saved the empire once already in the great war, and with the way this garbage kalpa is going it looks like they're going to have to do both of those things again soon. Shor is watching.

I wish they release the gold edition again. They did briefly on Steam but it was plagued with terrible controller support. Instead of fixing it, Activision said screw you instead. I only had the Wii version so it had PS 2 like graphics but with Colossus and Moon Knight. I really would want to play this version just for the graphics.

My fav open world games: Sunset Overdrive, Sleeping Dogs, Cyberpunk (yes I feel it's actually quite fun), Fallout 3 and New Vegas, Skyrim, Kingdom Come Deliverance

Was it worth the wait? I was surprised they made a 3rd. But to answer the question overall. Yes. I played this game and its DLC content for ages. I recently picked it back up again and doing a new file all over again. Very much worth it.

It's a very good list, everything from personal opinions and nothing biased and some of these games are on my list too like Lord of the Rings The Third Age that game is a hidden gem

Nothing makes your day better than attacking Markarth on a Dragon along with my 7 Followers from which 2 are my husbands and 3 are my wives and kill everyone (yes I modded Skyrim alot, and totally recommend the AFT Mod) shoutout to my supportive Skyrim hubby Stenvar who got crushed by some Dwemer Mechanic and then casually walked in at my wedding with Brynjolf

This is game is so ahead of its time. The graphics hold up, gameplay, and storytelling. It's really incredible.

You know what's really disturbing, its that the imperial jarl of Falkreath literally supports the Dominion and endorses their policy towards Talos worshippers. You rightfully point out that free winter is scum but I think this is far worst and he flies completely under the radar. A Jarl who will blatantly serve anyone who lines his pockets is granted a position like jarl and they want to tell me ulfric is the thalmor asset? Just imagine the implications of this if the empire was truely planning a second war with the dominion.

I actually recently replayed the reignited trilogy as well too recently! Absolutely love it still to this day. Both this and the originals. I like how they added skill points to the first game but it’s annoying how the epilogues in the first and second games got removed unfortunately.
