00:05 Brad Paisley - Nervous Breakdown 00:53 Steve Morse - The Bash 01:40 Brent Mason - Pick It Apart 02:28 Johnny Hiland - That's Alrigth Mama 02:47 Albert Lee - Sweet Little Lisa Por nada! ❤
I think Hoo Doo Voo Doo Doll is the best. His best song on the other hand comes from his first solo album. Chains around you heart.
Wish these tracks didn’t either A suck in the back ground music or B suck in the vocals, they can’t seem to get it right no matter what they do
Yes, Jennifer definitely deserves some credit here. She's actually a great player. I mean Jeff has always been my favorite guitarist, but she's excellent and give credit where credit is due 👏
Why was every solo identical?
He’s a genius
My favorite one is from Japan in the 80s on tour with Santana where he did it on a Telecaster. But always intense and delicious playing.
Nothing not to like about Albert Lee's playing, but I never cared much for the way his usual guitar sounds. He sounds great on that Tele, though! Be Cool.
our pal jeff, is going to play today
Turbo Folk!😂
Should've thrown in some Danny Gatton as a bonus
The rock around the clock guitar solo was what made me pick up a guitar and start playing and i remember being in my room with my guitar as a kid rewinding the american graffiti tape over and over untill i could do it
Cool video. My face 😲🤯
Who is that on the other electric guitar ???
Is that Jennifer Batten?
Yes She is
Sério? 🤔😉
Faltou o solo do Ezequiel de Matos; Fantastic BlueGrass Country. Não perde nada pra esses aí
I miss him dearly. Big influence and one of my Heroes!! Never a bad performance!
The more duck it sounds the best it is!
agreed 100%
Brian is so underrated? 🎸 😪
by whom? the mainstream? i am sure he gives a.....
Don't know Carlos man those are far his best solos.
Cedrone recorded the same solo a couple years earlier on ‘Rock This Joint’
Awful
Still stuns me.
Add anything by Scotty Anderson on here and you will be throwing rocks at the rest of them
With Brian Setzer a « Top 5 solos » can only be frustrating. I could eventually work out a top 50 but no less. This guy is a f***ing Genius! Love everything from the first Stray cats album to the Devil always collects…🎸🎸🎸
What about Carl Perkins? His solo work defines Rockabilly!!!!
For me the best version was live at ronnie scotts 13 years ago RIP JEFF.
This sweet little Lisa, oh god…
Jennifer Batten and Jeff Beck and Randy Hope-Davies and Steve Alexander all superb players! The Tone on Jeff's guitar is superb and very beautiful! Cynthia Allen-McLaglen
My heart still weeps at the loss of this indescribable talent. There was one, and only Mr. Jeff Beck. May you rest in peace.
Should have added Brian May's solo on 'Crazy Little Thing Called Love".
Jeff is a legend but lost me when he went tremolo/finger playing centric as it seemed more of a schtick than anything. David Fiuczynski same but worse with the micro-tonal playing. I can’t bring myself to listen to him anymore and I was a huge fan seeing him in Montreal and NYC.
It's sad that this man never got the credit he deserved for his brilliance.
I saw Jeff Beck perform this in concert in 2018. A true guitar god.
How Jeff!
I know Steve Morse and Albert Lee have been with Music Man for years but I still think Telecaster when I see them .
But can you leave here and play a Deep Purple set later that night?
Superb performance, now we hear people agree. A majority of top gunslingers say Jeff was the greatest guitarist of this time, this era. You had to see him live, although there is also some good stuff here on UA-cam. Beck with Clapton is usually excellent.
Maybe Ronnie Scott's 2007 ??
È già stato tutto inventato....❤❤❤
This is a beautiful version,-yes! There is another version in JAPAN! Cynthia Allen-McLaglen
The Japan version is my favorite...never heard Beck sound better .
Brent and Jonny..!! Pezxk
I love this version but I do not think this is the Best.
Jeff Beck is the best 🎸🎶🎶 ever ‼️👍 Nobody else can make a strat 🎸sing like him ‼️
Sure. Though he first recorded the song on a hambucker tele and he did even better than on a strat :-)
Naw. Not even close, except maybe for Brad Paisley. These are just speed (noise) with no soul or feel. It’s not all about how fast you can play. These are terrible in my opinion.
I'm surprised Jerry Reed wasn't on this. Often overlooked.
Brian made itcto somethig
Most triplets running up and down a scale fast I’ve ever heard, when Roy nickel’s played it was something memorable nothing memorable about this.
Albert Smoked them all.
