@@kireacts6026 after all the mods on the razor I installed a qs165 and a 60 volt surron battery and far driver I was in the upper 60’s on the bike never ran it on 72v.

@@robertpagan1282 no diffence I just wanted to try and install my self was not to bad just had to figure out the wireing was not to bad there just a few wires that I was not 100% on and did want to mess up the ecu but was able to figure it out . As for dealer I let them install my 2025 Suzuki df60 for warranty and to bolt on and it was plug and play they charges right at $2000 for it .

@@OrangeSausageGuyon forks no on triple tree yes you will need to remove the 1 inch shaft and use inserts and a long bolt to fit the razor . All so I did a 4 inch frame drop on my frame to lower foot pegs .

I used a pontoon boat all in one fuel tank had every thing in it pickup sending unit and filter was 18 gals the original tank was 19 gals .

@@luisalvarez6683 didn’t hook my white wire up I left it unhooked . I didn’t have any problems with the ecu or cutting out like some say you will they say you hook to the pos on the battery but I could not do it when I teased wire it had 12v on it and I could not hook a hot wire to the pos term was afraid I would burn some thing up .

@ Gotcha. My white wire is hot as well. My switch is built into my side control remote & im not getting the motor to turn over. It’ll beep when I turn the switch but no crank.

@@chadpipkin840 awesome ! Thanks man I appreciate it. I leave it in the driveway on the trailer and have been having issues with rain water getting inside the hull. I'm thinking it's the rigging tub in the back. That's the last thing I need to sort before the gel coat goes down

@@alexrosalia yes it that for sure the same on mine . You welcome I wish I could tell you how to fix it but I was not able to stop water from coming in mine a bad spot they put it the only way you might be able to fix it put a pvc pipe in to raise it up to stop water.

@@chadpipkin840 yea I was going to cut an access hatch in the back and build up around the rigging boot with some sort of epoxy putty or something. I can feel that towards the back of the run there seems to be a depression that is lower than the rest of the area

Yes the qs165 motor a great motor just make sure you pair it with a good 72 battery and controller so the power is smooth when you press the pedal and not jerkey when driving . Do keep me updated on the go carts if you ever sponsor someone I would like to test your product and make some videos for my channel . The way to make the qs165 work the best will depend on the controller that you can tune to get the power down and the battery to push some watts . Thank you for the chance to talk with you .
