    I choose not to hide mine because there are subs who will cheer you on - even when you are a small channel (like I am). And if they don't know when they joined you at, you deny them that opportunity. I have pepole who say, "Hey, you've gained subs!" That feels good to me as a creator. Maybe it's because I do'nt care about the money it helps - this is a hobby. But I notice they love cheering me on as my channel grows and they go through the growing pains with me :)

    How is the starting salary for a chiropodist after graduating and what can it get up to? Are there many job opportunities?

    • @NadMartineau
      @NadMartineau 2 місяці тому

      I’ve heard some places pay $30 an hour and some pay $60 an hour. Some clinics pay a percentage and if it’s busy you would probably earn more. If you work for yourself it really varies some people make $100k a year and others make $500k a year depending on the size of their practice, how busy it is, location, etc

    The majority of your DNA is European specifically Italian so just keep representing that because 16 percent African is not enough to change your race. Most African American are 16 percent European and they don't claim it and it doesn't make them European or white

This is all from his side of the family tree. My mother is 90% British. I am reaching out to an Uncle and some 1st Cousins, but only one person replied and then she ghosted me. I can see the African American, but I also knew you weren't more than maybe 25%. I wouldn't deny anything that makes me who I am , but most African Americans are 15% - 20% European, but only claim being black, so I would say its fine for you to say you're Italian not mixed - just don't deny your African or anything you are to yourself or anyone that. I'm a lot of things, -77% African, I just say I'm black, but I know who the whole me is.

    I decided to start mine & its going amazing already. My accountant at the benjamin wolf group has been amazing with helping me get started. Everything from entity structure to software consulting, insurance contracting, & of course making sure our accounting is too notch we also do forecasting with them & they helped me do a business plan, get my real estate literally everything. Definitely find the right team to surround you is the point im making. I contemplated buying but i didnt want to inherit someone elses problems & culture & being on the hook for the debt just from the sba & then all the other stuff you will need lines of credit for.

    I got scammed. Similar to you it wasn't an emergency or urgent I just wanted a spare tire lock removed and I asked on the phone if I could drive to the locksmith but was told it wasn't an option. Never quoted a price. Fraudsmith shows up and smashes the lock out with a hammer and then charges me $222 for it. I knew right away that price was absurd (expecting $60-70 at most) but I paid it to get him out of there. Now I'm initiating a credit card charge back and reporting what happened to police. There were no negative reviews for my location but the headquarters Google maps listing has a bunch of fake 5 star reviews and real 1 star reviews from people saying they were ripped off worse than I was. Owner responds with: "fake review"

    I guess if they ask, I can say "mostly Italian" . If they ask whatelse, I am going to say , "I dont know". If they continue to ask " I really dont know what to say". Wow! her statement says alot. I find it a bit offensive. Respectfully, I think the sign of a strong woman is accepting all of you regarless of what society thinks. Honestly, I wouldn't be around anyone who didnt fully accept me as who I am period (in my entirety) . But I understand that there is a lot of hatred towards people of African or Black decent and self-hatred as well ( so I am not suprised, this happens alot). Its sad.

      I do explain what I am. It’s just hard to narrow down to exact percentages when people are just asking expecting a clear cut answer. Usually when people already assume I’m Persian and ask, they expect me to say so and then when I do continue on to explain everything they tend to tune out and not care in the end. Sometimes it’s just easier to say mixed or “no I’m not _____”

    • @dymonnholden
      @dymonnholden 7 місяців тому

      @@NadMartineau Hey, thanks for the response. I want to preface this comment by stating that my tone in this comment is highly respectful . I unlike some individuals come from a family with a very rare admixture: My mothers family are Creole people from Louisiana; who are extremely fair skinned for being "people of color, they are often called white passing"} My father is African-American and Native. ( This is not too crazy of a mixture) However, many of my LIght skinned creole family members have mixed with white palestinians and turks. The majority of my family are very vocal about their "Black roots" even though some are not phenotypically Black (at all, trust me girly they dont look black at all). It even causes mayhem amongst other Blacks who see some of my family members "differently". Nonetheless, I can be understanding towards your confusion. Of seeing yourself in one dimension your entire life and perhaps learning about something later. The point of the matter is, you are beautiful and you are amazing. Nothing has really changed about you. You just found out some amazing admixture in your DNA. Lean with it, Rock it! Smile. Tell them that you are mixed with a little spice ( lol) if you know what I mean. And educate youself about the AMAZING part of your black culture, which will help you be more confident. Dont focus on the NEGATIVITY. Focus on the positive elements of Black culture specifically of women and embrace you!!!! I hope you have a wonderful day and good luck on your journey of further self discovery. ( Great statistic about Black women that you can find on the American Association of University Womens state that) Among Black students in higher education, women are more likely than men to earn degrees: Black women get 64.1% of bachelor's degrees, 71.5% of master's degrees and 65.9%of doctoral, medical, and dental degrees. That is just an example of how positive research can lead to a positive association to part of your ancestary). Blessings.
